Skateboarder with low back pain and hip flexor strain. Let you guys know how it goes. Received in the mail today. Skateboarding is basically plyometrics and I think I really over did it this summer/fall. Lots of hip pain and now lower back pain in the last couple weeks

Nope not taking advantage of anyone. Look at some of the reviews and if you knew anything about business and what it takes to get a product to market and give other people the opportunity to benefit from the product then you wouldn’t ask this question. Plus the product pays for it self literally the first day you get especially if you use it in the morning, before your workout, during your workout, after your workout, and before you go to bed. Ask a massage therapist to do that for you and see how much it costs.
