I lost my son on February 12th 2020 at 24 years young, and that's when it came out of nowhere, never had any scalp issues prior to it. Took until now un 2024 to get a diagnosis but I refused the medication, glad I found you. ❤

1st things 1st, go do a full parasitic test, stools + blood research. 2nd, go see a GI doctor checking your full vitamin levels, stomach acid, and an in-depth checking of your liver and gallbladder for bile flow. In the meantime, and as soon as you read this, it’s to your own peril going on a vegan diet, on keto or not carrying on eating and drinking things with 0 compromise, as this can worsen and spread psoriasis 10 folds. Don’t be stupid, and go on a strict lion diet (only beef or lamb, preferably fatty cuts as much as possible) including liver (calf or beef liver but you need it for folate), and water only. This diet will halt the psoriasis spread and ease every other symptom you may have developed, including simply making other symptoms vanish into thin air across a couple of weeks, don’t even bother with a “carnivore diet” ; pork, eggs, crustaceans, seafood, butter, cheese and dairy will definitely aggravate or trigger flare ups, especially eggs. I guarantee this diet is the ultimate diet for any skin or chronic issues you might have, just for about any condition really. Sounds super restrictive at first, but it gets better, you actually don’t need to restrict yourself on the quantities, if you’re hungry eat meat only, no cheating with crackers, sweets or other sheet . Thirsty ? Water only, NOTHING ELSE. NO COFFEE YES, NO TEA, NO FUZZY DRINK, not even sparkling water, NO LEMON OR ORANGE OR CITRUS OF ANY KIND - your life and your health is at stake here, desperate moves need to be made to limit damage, and protein is the basis of human diet, let no one tell you otherwise, they are simply lying to sell you crap. You will thrive on an animal protein only diet, but cheat and you will pay the price. Drink coffee ? Have diarrhea, it’s your own problem, you’ve been warned. Oxalates dumping is real, and oxalates is in every plant food : nightshades, vegetables, fruits. Then you have the monster itself : gluten and wheat. DO NOT CONSUME ANY OF THESE. I do not recommend eating grains at all neither. No almond, no cashews, no Brazilian nuts etc NOTHING but meat of ruminants who have a divided hoof only, with their livers, lightly preseasoned before cooking, and always well cooked, and water only. I swear it on every last one of my family members this diet will halt inflammation and halt the spread of psoriasis - don’t cheat. I am a testimony myself that it works. Taking conscience of your diet is actually the first step towards the uncovering of the problem, second step is testing, which is easy because it’s other’s people job to do it, though it can be tiring having to make appointments, doing stools testing, blood testing + going to a GI doctor, having scans of your liver and whatever else they might think of doing to figure things out, but by doing all these you will find out what’s the issue, and from there you will only be a small step away from supplementation and healing the psoriasis off of your body. - If you have neither Schistosomiasis, Heliobacter Pylori, Streptococcus Pyogenes, Hominis Blastocystis or any other kind of bacteria or parasite, it’s more than unlikely. - If you have 0 digestive issue like bloating or food intolerances, you can’t have psoriasis Stomach acid being low will be difficult if near impossible for you to break down food, and as a result your vitamins won’t be properly absorbed. What happens is that food ends up rotting inside of your intestines or colon, and this will create bacteria overgrowth, creating inflammation of your intestinal walls, and that inflammation will rush towards your skin. Not only that, but it’s simple, if your food isn’t broken down, hear this good, your will have insomnia. Your stomach will contract itself, your blood will be concentrated around your gut, and you will be restless because of it. Poor flow of bile will also be one reason your food is not properly broken down with the release of enzymes to digest food and absorb certain nutrients and vitamins. Any disfunction in the gut system and the proper release of enzymes, of the unbreaking down of food, of bile going straight to your intestines or even worse with stomach acid ending up straight into your intestines, will trigger inflammation of your gut, and flare ups will break out of your skin or keep inflammation alive. Note that blood tests should be extended every month to check the levels of vitamins, and if you follow a strict lion diet and find out that your b12 levels are decreasing despite you eating meat in abondance all the time, just know this : you clearly have food malabsorption, it’s so easy to find out, especially if you have a high rise in red blood cells too, indicating an issue with stomach acid being too low, a bile not functioning properly or both, and that your gut is inflamed. These 2 things need to be addressed as the only cause for chronic skin issues, nothing else can be in cause, it’s all about 2 things : a parasitic/bacteria infection and your gut not functions properly. Even a vitamin deficiency cannot cause psoriasis, so it’s about a parasite/bacteria or your stomach acid/bile flow or both in the same time. Don’t even bother with anything else, biologics are 1 thing only, they suppress the immune system, and as a result psoriasis goes away for some time, then it reappears ; it makes no sense to do this, it’s just another BS created by liars and thieves to treat the symptom and not eliminate the root cause. They strip people off of their money with this thing, and it costs thousands of dollars for it, it’s a joke. Many long term psoriatics have experienced it at least once, that they got sick from something else, took medication at some point and for a short period of time the psoriasis went away, but then it came back. One magic pill won’t do it neither, it’s a parasitic infection or a systemic disfunction of your digestive system or both in the same time, nothing else, I won’t repeat it enough. It has been proven again and again, and those suffering from these chronic skin issues know, because you have experienced it that you are intolerant towards certain foods, and it should not be that way, it means somethings wrong with the enzymes, and so one or more of your organs is struggling leading to inflammation on the skin. High consumption of carbohydrates like wheat, gluten and other prepackaged sheet depletes your stomach acid, just know this. Alcohol is an inhibitor. You might not feel inflammation at first, and even for 24 hours, but you will eventually feel it when your liver cleans it up from your system and it will itch and inflame your plaques, so stop with alcohol, reduce smoking or quit if you can that’d be even better, and 0 sugar you hear ? 0. Try it, eat a cake, a muffin or some chocolate, tomorrow you will have a new flare up 100%. Don’t even bother going to a dermatologist, these people are useless and know nothing. Parasitic test + GI doctor 👌

@@fredlada1634 Man, I am suffering and its been so long! I could write a book! My biggest problem is finding proper medical care to get some needed lab work done. Every time I eat, I get sick in the form of this horrible rash livening up, bloating, and very stiff muscles. The fatigue is horrible. I look like Fright Night. Because of the rash, I havent worked in 6 weeks. I have tried every cream, ginger, healthy greens, D3: 20,000 iu's, K2, magnesium. I hv never smoked. Havent drank excessive alcohol for over 30 years. My boys are in their early 20s and both left home as they are adults now. Im single/divorced. Been divorced 16 years. Havent dated for 15 years! No drama whatsoever in my life except this illness. This Dr goes on and on about stress. I dont hv any emotional or social stress. I dont hv any work stress. I hv a heluva lot of stress regarding this illness though! It has stolen my life. Im in northern Alabama. Can you recommend a good GI? The 2 I hv gone to are, pardon my frankness: IDIOTS! And, I agree w you about dermatologists. Not a wit in their heads. Brainwashed by a dysfunctional healthcare system. At this point, I am well versed on how the body functions in most areas. I am faith filled and have not allowed myself to fall into depression. I hv done food experiments and kept record of my daily blood sugar, body temp, and weight as well as symptoms. When I brought those notes to my GI, he suggested I must hv mental health issues to write such things down! I reminded him that his specialty did not allow him to diagnose mental health issues and perhaps he could do HIS job. He gave me a scope to ck for "irritable bowel", found diverticulitis that was healed, and that was it. I saw an allergist at Vanderbilt Medical Center too. What a disappointment!!! QUACK! Dr Sanders was his name. He should not be in practice! 2 Rheumatologists. Both said I hv autoimmune issues but could not diagnose me. The one told me to come back in a year; maybe I would test positive for Lupus then!!! Yup. Its that horrible. If you can recommend an effective Dr, I would actually travel to see him. Thanks!

And doctor treated it as body acne. Then recently I thought of stop using it because I felt it was a side effect of Enstilar, and suddenly within 2-4 days I got pumps and psoriasis all over the body like I never had before which are very itchy and painful. @sthnguyen 9 ай бұрын
It sounds like 1. Your body got used to Enstilar, 2. Instead of going back to the state prior to the drug, your body tried to counteract the drug and made your skin worse, so you had a little acne bumps, but they were most likely a different form of psoriasis (pustular), 3. you withdrew from the drug, your psoriasis was even worse. This happens to many people where peoples psoriasis got worse even under treatment. It’s gonna take your body time to rebalance to the time before you took the drug. What can you do in the mean time? To soothe your skin use some of the available topicals at the store like coal tar, salicylic acid, temporary fasting, to get it under control fast. Anti-inflammatory food, removal of inflammatory foods. There are lots you can do.

You know what I think has been working for me, the carnivore diet. ‘I think” because the remission has not been long enough. I have not had my biologics injection for two weeks and there is very little sign of my P (only a little itch scaling behind the ear). Normally even during and at the tail end, before my injection, and even in between my P would come back.I found that I would react to many things, sugar, apples , milk, pork, vegetables. I have to reconfirm it though because sometimes I was eating more than one of those items at a time. I mostly eat beef, and occasionally fish, and lots of tallow, butter, ghee and coconut oil (70% of my calories come from mostly saturated fats). If I show no sign in another month then I would say that it is 100 % working. I am only having blueberries and a little of rice on occasions (as I have the desire to eat some carbs). I do not think those things are inflammatory to me. This is the first time in 40 years where I’ve had no P while not on a drug. My P was sometimes extremely bad and barely controllable while on drugs. It sucks only being able to eat beef but I hope to expand what I can eat. I have been fully carnivore for about a month and a half. But I still cheated. My body has almost immediate reactions so I can tell quickly so hopefully I can start adding in foods that do not inflame my body. My body is even more sensitive than before to bad foods,a good and bad. Good that i have feedback but bad that it is so sensitive.

It does for some people, but I heard sometimes you can get flares at first and it may take many months (like 6). It is an elimination and body healing/rebuildimg diet. Good luck.

So I have been dealing with psoriatic arthritis for the last year now. Before even considering biological medication I wanted to try some different natural healing processes. So, I have heard about the carnivore diet, more specifically the lion diet; which people are claiming has healed or helped massively their autoimmune problems. So I started the lion diet last week, only grass fed / finished beef, tallow, salt and water (I also started at the same time a 16:8 Intermittent fasting. This last week I have had one of the worse flair ups of my knee and my psoriasis has also gotten worse. I have read that some people also have had the a kind of transitioning period and I am now unsure if I should even carry on eating just beef or if it's the thing causing all these issues. Yesterday I decided to cut tallow to see if that will make a difference (the tallow was high quality). Please, anyone who can relate or advise me on the above, please let me know.

Only you can decide what to do. Try to see if this is just a transition period and continue or assume it is meat that is the problem. Yes, some people got it worse before getting better. Some people made no difference on carnivore. It’s not all success stories. I’ld stick it out for a month at least. Intermittent fasting is good if it reduces the quantity of bad food you are eating.

If it doesn't work, try going with an anti-inflammatory diet.

Everybody is a bit different. The worst psoriasis I have had in over 50 years resisted all attempts to get it to heal. I thought my body had forgotten how to heal which now I know it’s pretty stupid thought. I learned of a diet called the Paleolithic ketogenic diet developed by a doctor in Hungary. High fat, All meat, organ meats, water. Within days I was watching my skin heal. That’s me. I was desperate. I had been vegetarian for over 40 years. The gut has to heal. This diet has been shown through testing to create the conditions necessary for the gut to heal. Auto immune conditions reveal themselves in many chronic disease patients. The organization in Hungary has over 5000 seriously ill people that have published results of healing. Hopefully you can look into it stick it out because I had all kinds of doubts when I developed serious diarrhea stomach cramps and other disturbing health conditions but they passed. Even during those distressing conditions my skin began to heal. It was confusing. Today I still eat organ meats. I do eat salmon wild caught. I have included vegetables and fruits and berries and nuts. These things are allowed on the official Paleolithic ketogenic diet. What I avoid is grains, dairy (With the exception of ghee) And all seed oils, and any vegetable in the nightshade family. I’ve got to admit that I’ve gotten a little lackadaisical and have some psoriasis returning but I’m not so alarmed and I feel I know how to take care of it when it gets to a point that I’m just tired of it. Maybe this will help. Good luck

This guy is a clown. 1st things 1st, go do a full parasitic test, stools + blood research. 2nd, go see a GI doctor checking your full vitamin levels, stomach acid, and an in-depth checking of your liver and gallbladder. In the meantime, and as soon as you read this, go on a strict lion diet and include liver (calf or beef but you need it), this diet will halt the psoriasis spread and ease every other symptom, don’t even bother with a “carnivore diet”, pork, eggs, crustaceans, seafood, butter and dairy will definitely aggravate or trigger flare ups, especially eggs. - If you have neither Schistosomiasis, H Pylori, Streptococcus Pyogenes, Hominis Blastocystis or any other kind of bacteria or parasite, it’s more than unlikely. Poor flow of bile will also be one reason your food is not properly broken down with the release of enzymes to digest food and absorb certain nutrients. These 2 things need to be addressed first thing : full parasitic test, and your gut. Don’t even bother with this clown just speaking, speaking speaking and speaking just to end up saying nothing that you don’t know already, he literally lives off clicks from desperate people looking for an answer to heal, and he’s not looking to heal you, because you won’t come back to click on his videos so that he can make a living.
