Hello, I really enjoyed listening to you 2 today. I really like Dr. Li, Awesome interview! Applauding you both and how you guy's are learning all the research about foods that heal! I am confident that you both would enjoy and learn lot's from Professor Thomas Seyfried about Cancer! An interview with him would be a serious eye opener to say the least. Or obtain some of books and explore his research on Cancer. Today is the first time I've tapped into your program. I've saved you to my watch list to explore more! My health took a nose dive in my late 20's. I had achieved an Associate's degree in Drafting/Acad, worked some in the field. But when my WBC escalated to 28,000 and because the medical field couldn't figure it out I reached out to Natural Health. Though neither could we ever learn the cause (which is always key) we were able to learn how I could manage it. Which has been helpful! As long as I use this 1 herbal. I'm 60 now, and still search for my key answer! Unknown cause and unknown cure (as the med field states) just doesn't sit well with me. I always add at the end of their statement, "yet!" Anyway, I do hope the both of can interview Thomas Seyfried! He can be blunt, but he's definitely a brilliant man when it comes to Cancer and different approach via Cancer! Best wishes, 'look forward to viewing you again in the future. Thank you kindly for today! Leslie Southern Louisiana Cajun country! :-)

Doctors, This spoke to me. I am a former pesticide regulator and environmental policy analyst for various international agencies including the UN, EU, WB and others. In those roles, I saw the downside of using/overusing pesticides for pest control when often attempts to control a target pest, the pesticide also damaged all the other many beneficial organisms that protect our world and our collective health. I remembered this truism as a result of your joint conversation. Thank you both.

I have an old American book where American doctors visit mainland China when acupuncture was banned in the United States. In it is stated that in ancient China, a citizen is registered with a Chinese physician, when he or she is healthy, he or she paid the doctor because he or she is working. When he or she is ill, he or she don't have to pay the physician because he or she is not earning, and he or she is ill due to the physician not treating the patient when he or she was well. When a patient dies unnaturally, he has to hang a red lantern outside his clinic. This is an early form of National Health.

Unfortunately reality states, this information, will not continue, will not be allowed in any AMA colleges. The reason is very simple. This takes people away from pharmaceutical medicine, into things natural and I will say healthy and positive. The problem is those who control these colleges are only concerned with training blind ignorant sales people for their multi billion dollar pharmaceutical businesses. They can not patent this. Control it. Own it. Their money and themselves have majority control of board of directors. Are 100% biased and corrupt, as they will do everything to support their created status quo, no matter the harm to the human body done. Do not all pharmaceutical adds state they create about every disease under the sun? Think about that and the reasons.

Marcea Klein that being said i am not sure how people could every imagine that bad eating habits would not cause disease. Doctors today seem to think this is a new idea! But i have learned a few things as of late that were never taught and that is insulin is released every time you eat. And insulin makes you fat. So as i now fast no problem. I give the body a rest from food. If you think about it bodies are not meant to be eating all day. We needed to go get the food for half of it.... and all calories are not the same. Dumb idea counting calories...it is what you eat that the bodies utilizes well that creates optimum health. Thanks for the comment

Absolutely. The Bible states that the trees and fruits will your meat. Gen 1:29. And God said, "Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing grass, which is on the earth, to produce seed, and every tree, which has in itself the fruit of the seed that it has produced--it will be food for you-- Now we've strayed from that and now eat processed crap. I was diagnosed (after a muscle biopsy) with Polytiosits which is inflammation of muscle tissue, that causes muscle weakness. Falling, difficulty standing from a sitting position etc. But, upon many physical examinations, I was able to do all those things. However, I've had many falls. A few years later, I had a belly ache from H***!!. After getting to the ER and having an IV of Prevacid, the pain magically disappeared. To make a very long story short: I would only have bad falls on donut and pizza Fridays on my job. Turns out I have Celiac disease which is not exactly the same as Gluten intolerance. My brand causes neurological problems. Eg falling, twitching, jerks. Now, I've been on a strict Gluten free diet. Restaurants do not understand the issues of Celiacs as they do with seafood and peanut allergies which can cause death for some, therefore I mostly make my own food. Meat, veggies, sweet potatoes, brown rice.

Speaking of the VA, many decades ago, when I was a young medical student in a rotation through the VA, I noticed some patients had very thick charts and some very thin. The one difference that jumped out was that the ones with the thin charts got regular exercise. I'm willing to bet they ate pretty healthy too. On a personal note, have always been interested in nutrition, but after a traumatic brain injury and now with cardiovascular disease I take it very seriously. I appreciate the efforts of all those working in the field of functional medicine and nutrition who have made a wealth of knowledge available. I feel healthier than in a long time, am working full time for the first time in awhile, and attribute it to eating well and using supplements judiciously.

What I really wanted to hear was how medications harm the body. I wish someone would do a concrete talk on that. My mom is on high blood pressure pills. She only takes half of it because she knows the damage that it does, but I wish she was off them completely. She has never had high blood pressure, in fact it was always pretty low, however, she is 90 years old and has really slowed down. I don't know if she needs to be more active to keep her heart muscle strong. She use to walk about a mile a day, but like I said she has slowed down. Now if she does this once or twice a week it is a lot. I believe that medications do more harm than good and are given when not even necessary. In fact, I always wonder if this is what is causing her to slow down. It is not natural to take them. This is the talk I'm waiting for. I found Dr. Li doing a talk. I will listen to it.

But I had heard that you can have a Silent Infection that causes a slow drip of infection into your body, causing chronic inflammation/pain/fatigue, lowering your immune system. So I went to a Dentist that removes amalgam fillings and looks for silent infections with a CAT scan. And sure enough, I had 3. I will get them pulled in 4 more weeks, and hopefully in 6 months, I might not have any of my Chronic ailments any more.... I can't even imagine, its been 15 years that I have been sick. This all sounds very good and I am vegan and I absolutely love this channel)))But here are some examples, how to deal with this? Steve Jobs, a fan of fruits and vegetables, passed away so early. Russian actor Savely Kramorov, who also fanatically follows the diet and ate only fruits and vegetables. Both died very early. And there are a bunch of such examples.🙂 And now, my grandmother was a huge lover of sweets, her diet consisted of 99% of rice and barley porridge with a lot of sugar, corn, potatoes, and various baked goods, she DIDN'T EAT ANY FRUIT AT ALL (as well as vegetables in principle) and lived to be 95 years old, and even 90 had a wonderful figure as in her youth. Her husband - my grandfather - ate basically the same thing as a grandmother (not surprising, she served food for him))) and he also lived to be 90, did not eat any fruits and vegetables at all.🙄 I don’t argue, I’m just wondering how can explain these examples? Just wonder.....🤷♀️🤔

Keeping to a strict healthy diet plan as advised is the irreducible minimum we can do as humans to live healthily, however there is always an UNSEEN HANDS , call HIM GOD, OR UNIVERSE/ NATURE/ that holds Trump cards in human's affairs. He determines departure time.e,g Healthy living can't save a man from dying accidents: plane crash, train crash, maniac shootings on Boston, as well as dying from cancer like Steve jobs despite meal regimen.
