Aside from some textures and colors, the biggest difference is the font size in menus and the HUD. The PSP version is, simply put, amazing.

It’s amazing what they could do on the PSP. Very advanced handheld for its time.

You could release any top PSP game on iPhone and it would be considered premium. And the PSP specks are really low for today’s standards. I think the chip is some 200mhz thing and it only has 32mb RAM with 64 on the newer versions. Which is amazing. The Tekken and Soul Calibur games still look great! And Powerstone is another looker.

Forever kicking myself for missing out on Online Arcade... but at least I have OutRun 2 and Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast for O.G. Xbox and they can run in HD on the 360.

Out Run é bom demais seja em suas versões clássicas ou nessa moderna que é literalmente uma obra de arte ,de fato o PSP fez muito bonito está quase igual se não idêntica à versão ps2 ,agora o Ps3 poderia ter ficado ainda melhor com certeza, está aí uma franquia e um estilo de jogo que faz falta na geração atual

Levando em conta que o PSP é um PORTÁTIL com um Hardware MUITO inferior ao Ps3 o port ficou ÓTIMO, a diferença mais visível é a taxa de frames que no Ps3 é maior pois visualmente falando o PSP cumpriu o dever dele como portátil e fez gráficos de ponta para o Hardware dele.

I can't tell much difference between the two versions. Oddly enough, the biggest difference is in the menus, and there the PSP looks better. (Why does the music selection on PS3 version look so crappy???)

Não sou muito fã de jogos de corrida. Mas nfs(os hot persuit) e outrun, esses eu gosto. E com essa trilha sonora sensacional, não poderia achar diferente! Ps3 tem muito mais poder de fogo, mas o game consegue ser muito bonito na telinha do PSP.

PS3 version looks incredible for a console obviously the arcade machine was more powerful but this ports fantastic.

The original Outrun 2 was released on hardware that was based on the original Xbox(Chihiro). Outrun 2 SP SDX was released on Lindbergh which was mainly PC based, but used an Nvidia GPU. Porting to PS3 was supposedly easier than the 360 at the the time because the PS3 also had an Nvidia GPU.

pSP! Deveria ser obrigação do ps3 ficar infinitamente melhor. A única diferença é o serrilhado , mas não podemos esquecer que a tela do psp é infinitamente menor que a de um console de mesa, o que faz equivaler as duas versões . Viva o PsP!

I heard you can still buy the ps3 version but only on North Korea Playstation Store, it's the only place the game isn't delisted on.

@@anasbakhit4303 yeah, no Playstation in North Korea, if the grey market has anything its modded PS2s and a bunch of bootleg games. The only console they probably have legitimately is some super controlled android console from China. I would wager 99% NK gaming is done on PC. Legally they can only buy a NK version of Linux and they can use their intranet to game a little, probably some Korean board and chess games. But for a little extra money someone will install windows for you and you can buy bootleg games on disks.
