Stayed in an airb&b this week a block off the beach in Oceanview and it was such a nice place to stay coming from a busy city. Ate at the restaurant on the pier up the street and it had good food. Would visit Norfolk again. Also visited the zoo and the botanical garden during my trip.

You should do a video on fishing, sailboats and the marina.

I permanently relocated to Norfolk Virginia last year around September 2020 and my husband followed me to Norfolk Virginia by December 2020, fortunately we both have good jobs in Norfolk and live in an affordable apartment. We both mutually agree on the timeframe that we are both aiming for to eventually having a home in Norfolk, still this link is helpful for knowing more about the neighborhoods within Norfolk Virginia.

I have a cousin who lives on corner of Granby st and Howe St. I have another cousin over on the corner of Calvin Ave. I loved visiting down there. The zoo is nice. I haven't seen the botanical gardens.

In late 1960s and early 1970s Tennessee Avenue in Ingleside was a good place most have passed away and moved away.

Yes.. the traffic backs up TERRIBLY on any given day on Willoughby Spit on West O.V. towards the Hrbt. Its down right stupid that something hasnt been done for people who live on the same street but not trying to on the hwy.🤬You could creep bumper to bumper an hour..if you live on west ov.

Any idea why the Glenwood Park area seems to be gentrifying? Looks like there's a few nice new houses every year despite the crime in the area.

I would love a video geared to investors. What areas are best for positive cash flow/ military rentals / school rentals - do students at any of the colleges live off campus? I know some colleges require students to live on campus etc. 😂

i just visited the east view beach area , i want a secondary home in that area. Below 400k budget. No short term restriction and low condo fee.
@JRenee1412 жыл бұрын
If you're planning to do a short term rental please look into the rules and regulations of them for the city of Norfolk. It's a very in depth application process complete with various requirements, licenses, and permits just to be approved to operate one. They're continuing to tighten the restrictions.

What info do you have on Ingleside?

Hello
@samsansalone3 жыл бұрын
Hey Brandon! I actually spent a lot of time in Ingleside as a kid. I like some parts but it all depends on where. The farther you go back into the corner you start running into some spots that require flood insurance. As you drive down Ingleside Drive you'll find some nice little nooks in the neighborhood especially on the left side of the street. How much I like it also depends on what budget a person has as that will influence the other alternatives that might be comparable based on the person's preferences and budget. If you have any specific questions feel free to email me (sam@samsansalone.com) or (757) 577-8764 anytime!

I watched this video and several other videos, and I bought the lie. Norfolk, Virginia is one of the most disgusting places I have ever lived in my life. The people are rude, they’re not helpful they do not say hello. Violence is extremely horrible, a lot of the businesses were ran out of downtown because of racial profiling, there is horrible flooding everywhere and everybody drives like a maniac. I would avoid this entire area Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and go somewhere else like the mountains.
