Definitely look into your tone and choice of words. Who gets bored in an interview? Is that even a thing? This has me scared for the future of humanity. Please work on positivity if you're in management!! That's how you keep things exciting. Also work on active listening

Hey there! That's a great question. Of course, the first thing would be to check the temperature of the water. If that is okay, it may be a sign that the patient has been in the water for too long. We do not want any signs of hypothermia. As one ages, their fat deposits do decline, and this may lead to difficulty with regulating temperature. It is very important to use time wisely, have all supplies at hand, and ensure you don't give very long showers/baths that may cause hypothermia as well as dry the skin. So, to answer your question, ensure you complete the shower safely and document that this occurred and inform the nurse. It will be important for other HCPs to know as well.

You need to know that caregiving is all in the title...care+giving= Caregiver and there is only one way to get a position in this field if you do not have the 2 qualifications listed in the title ... Desperation on the behalf of the employer and that's never going to go well for anyone involved and that's terrifying. If you can't manage to stay focused during a job interview? Maybe a great indicator of someone who should not be in charge of anyone's care and might be in need of a psw for some of their needs. Do not coach persons into a field in that they do not belong!!! People who are in need of a psw and are exhausted from caring for a loved one and may be listening to these words you have coached into these non- caring people and it can have severe consequences. You are in management!!! How can you not know the damage you can do with your advice
