Psych is a psychological horror thriller with a big focus on a suspenseful, hand-written story and an unforgettable atmosphere. Through unique, self-developed systems, Psych offers a new and innovative gaming experience that will not be forgotten. The open world invites you to explore, if you dare. Every corner of the park is filled with stories, puzzles or secrets to uncover. However, the biggest mystery is what happened on the day of the accident with Alex. While the main story has a few ways to unravel the mysteries, the side stories also provide plenty of clues and information. I’m wondering if the sister even exists. Not whether she’s alive, not whether the voice you’re hearing on the phone is really her, but if she’s totally a figment of the character’s imagination and he’s an only child or killed her in the accident a year ago or something.

Y'know what'd be a better twist? This whole thing being Sam is dead is sooo obvious that it's barely even a twist. What if ALEX is the one who died in the accident, and this is either him accepting the fact, OR it's a Shattered Memories thing and Sam is imagining this to cope.

My current theory is that this is more of a story of survivor's guilt filtered through the lens of PTSD, with some supernatural elements maybe. As a side not, the guy in the hoodie, the stalker & the unknown caller are all your character.

I thought the opening was narrated by Chris 😂 anyway, the brother and sis's different accents without a back story is a bit unconvincing and because of it I was distracted wondering about it. The scene is pretty nice and realistic. The pace sometimes is good, and sometimes just drags on. The pursuer looks too much like Momo...

You know.. this definitely accurately depicts how our PTSD makes us feel during an anxiety attack.. well I can't speak for all PTSD people so it does for me anyway... It's difficult at times but seeing things is definitely something we have to deal with. Despite this tho... Excellent game so far... Like the fact it kept me intrigued the entire time.. can't wait for the rest of it 😁💯 ty Chris for the upload

My anxiety manifests things in the dark to my eyes. Since starting meds, it's so much better. I never realized it was even connected to my anxiety until I started meds. The brain is so weird.

Just the other day I was taking a walk and kept seeing a shadow in my peripheral vision but whenever I checked behind me I couldn't see anyone or anything

@@mandyseitz3572 When my gf and I are going through periods of stress or anxiety, we both see the illusion of a shadow quickly hopping out of sight in her Grandma's house's doorways. Until I got my anxiety treated, I also was repeatedly jumping scared of a cute stationary ghost decoration we have hanging. Too much anxiety really messes you up.

So, it's a definitely improvement over the demo, but who in their right (or crazy) mind agrees to meet at a park late at night (especially with his 16 year old sister)? Seriously! That's just asking to get yourself mugged or killed. My take is he killed his sister in the car accident, and can't, or won't, acknowledge that fact. Either way, his guilt manifested in nightmares while at the clinic (among other things), and I think the guy chasing him is also his guilt manifested as a threat to his sanity - what little he has - and the denial of what he did. Haven't decided if there actually is a paranormal aspect to it or not. Curious to see where they go with this.

This doesn't feel creative enough to have any actual paranormal activity. I think this is box standard guilt trip psychological horror fare. I think they telegraphed the fact that he killed his sister in the car accident practically out the gate, and it's never going to get more inventive from there. Heck, the enemy is literally just Momo crossed with Jeff the Killer.

This is definitely an improvement on the demo, imo. No gratuitous head bonking, poisoning, or badly constructed puzzles. The map is enlarged although, in fairness, the new landscape is underused. And although it comes darned close to going off the rails at times, the scenario comes together to make some kind of sense. I'll hold my final opinion until I see how the full game plays out, of course. But so far so good. 😊

If you understand the psychology of schizophrenic people, you can see the clues for a textbook case every where. Even down to the articles. I actually enjoyed this. For the record, this is ENTIRELY in his head. The street signs are rudimentary named and are by and large nonsense. At the beginning of the game it states that a relative had passed, which I assumed was his sister. The whole thing stems from his guilt of killing his sister and he views himself as the murder, and should die. Thus the murderer is himself and is trying to "kill" him. Very interesting. Can't wait for part three

I really thought it was you at first at the start of the video lol, this was really fun and creepy, definitely far better than the demo, I feel like the breathing scare was happening a bit too much, although they were kind of working but it would be good if there more spaces between those, aside that really enjoyed this one, looking forward to the other chapters, great vid as always Chris.

I wasn't convinced by the demo, and I can't say the game has improved much on it : true, the area is bigger, but there is so much back and forth for a 35 minute video it doesn't really feel like it. There's only one little, sad puzzle. My biggest problem is the story : I find the writing incredibly naive. The voice acting is decent though. Not a terrible game by any means, but it's not great. I'm honestly curious to watch the rest of the game to see where they are going with this.

Reading this first memory, I am now working under the assumption that Sam is dead... or else blames the MC, since she was apparently in the crash with him (and is maybe injured/disfigured from it- but this is also going off of demo knowledge)? The letter only being signed by his parents, with redacted bits, just makes me think she died and he can't handle that bit of information...

I'm sorry, I can't get over the fact that his phone is at 100%. I'm at 7 minutes in, and this is clearly taking place in his imagination because there's no way the hospital people were kind enough to charge it for him.
