The drawings in the videos are wonderful! Thank you! They gave me happiness, like when I was young and great things were out there and had meaning and potential to help and to change things.

I have the book "Sacred Herbal Healing Beers" by Stephen Harrod Buhner, and it is a fascinating read! I've been seeking on how to make Gruit beers. Buying such beers in the U.S. is NOT easy. But I would love to find people/communities that practice this craft of ancient brewery 🍺😋

It’s interesting it was in alcoholic beverages as the alcohol would help to relax and subdue the body which helps the consciousness to loosen out of the reality with more ease. The same with out of body practices sometimes using relaxants ( Insences or calming/dream herbs) before putting the body into a sleep so one can leave the body( bit of a misnomer as you don’t leave the body, you dissolve the reality and temporarily experience another one)

κυκεῶνος in the old testament as well Exodus 30:23-25 (Septuagint): "λάβε σεννὰν πολλὴν καὶ καλάμου ἀρωματικοῦ πέσσον καὶ κιννάμωμον πολὺν, χιλιάδα δισχίλια. κασίας δὲ χιλίους πέντε καὶ τριακοσίους καὶ πεντήκοντα, καὶ οἰνώσεως κυκεῶνος ἓν."

Also wonder about the "new" World like the Inca who made corn beer I believe. Wonder if any fungus grew in that potion?

"The mead of Poetry" in the Norse sagas is a story worth reading, It has a lot of metaphors and clues inside the story. Kvasir sounds a lot like Thoth or Hermes. Made from Kvasir's blood and honey. It reminds me of the blood of Christ story. Just like the Odin story of hanging suspended from the world tree for nine days with the spear in his side has many similarities to the "Christ on the cross" story. And introversion.... and this lines up surprisingly close to Key 12 in the Major Tarot (The hanged man). I think all of these stories may actually be about a physical drink.. the holy grail, may just be the Aminita Muscaria also.. that is worth looking into my friends. 🍄🍄🍄

Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper. Your eyes will see strange sights, and your mind will imagine confusing things.(proverbs 23:31-33 ❤)

The proverb’s creative genesis, as research suggests, could very have been influenced by the (spiked) wine in question 😂

I'm pretty certain that Hoffman isolated LSD instead of synthesizing it.
