For me it was the best thing I've done for my mental health. But I personally think it should be done along with therapy for the best outcome possible.

Don't need you. I cant imagine someone doing therapy when I am on psychedelics. Mostly I woud just growl out anger and face myself. I just need someone to watch me to make sure I dont do.something stupid.
