I’ve done so many exercises for my inner thighs and this my dudes, is the first one to actually make my inner thighs sore the next day. Let me tell you, I’ve played basketball, done track, taken ballet, HITT exercises for inner thighs, elliptical for 60+ minutes, yoga, spin, you name it, and nothing has ever made my inner thighs sore, not even a little. Then I stumbled across this one yesterday and my inner thighs have been sore all day I love it. Definitely going to keep doing this!

I've been doing this workout for about 3 months and the results are amazing! Ok I wanna do an update because it’s been a year since I’ve written my results hahah. Ok I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 years now believe it or not. I’ve been doing this 4 times a week. This workout does not make your legs bulky at all but it tones them. From my results my legs have become slimmer and are more toned. I really hope this update helped you guys out

Update: I've been doing this for about mont or so plus cardio plus ballet workout and wow, it's awesome. The result are really great, my legs are looking quite good i must say and ive never had a good looking legs (esp thighs) ever in my life. Keep going it is worth it guys! I can definitely recommend this even though it's quite hard.

Day 1: A friend showed me this video and I did it for the first time at like 10 pm lol and holy cow did I feel the burn. I’m really excited to continue this routine because I’ve have always wanted a thigh gap. I will be updating this a lot lol. Day 2: my legs are super sore from yesterday but I managed to pull through. I am kind of starting to see a small difference already! I can’t wait till I have a thigh gap! Also stretching before AND after the routine, it helps a lot. Day 3: I am taking a break today because I am currently busy moving. Holy cow my legs are swore! But that’s how I know it is working. I absolutely can not wait to have a thigh gap! Day 4: OMG I HAVE A SMALL THIGH GAP!! I CANT BELIEVE THIS WORKS!! I’m going to continue doing this till I get my desired thigh gap. I highly recommend doing this routine. I know it burns and you get super sore but it’s worth it, trust me. Day 5: My legs finally stopped hurting and the routine was a lot easier today because I got use to the burn. But there was still a burn there, it just wasn’t as painful. My thigh gap is improving! Day 6: I couldn’t do the workout because I was swimming with family that I don’t get to see often but it will be okay. And since swimming is like a workout, I made sure I moved my legs a lot to do work them. Day 7: I just finished and I still do feel a burn but it’s not that bad. My thigh gap has been improving a lot and I’m very happy with the results.

If you're doing this for a thigh gap, I'm sorry to say that probably won't happen. These sorts of workouts build muscle which will actually make your legs thicker but in a good, toned way. IMO thigh gaps are over rated anyway. They focus more on body shape than fitness which is something some people can't change without surgery.

Hey guys so I’m gonna do this every day for a while idk how long so here! Day 1: Very painful I’m gonna be very sore but I did it! I hope I will see a tiny lil difference tomorrow! Day 2: I think I see a tiny lil difference like I wanted to see, I actually wasn’t that sore from yesterday. For some reason I feel like it was harder today I just don’t know but I hope I can see a big difference soon, see you tomorrow! (I had two sleepovers in a row so I didn’t have time I’m so sorry I will try to catch up today if I can) Day 3: Feeling a little discouraged today but it did seem easier. Now that I think about I’m not sure I see a difference but I don’t know I guess I will see you tomorrow! Day 4: it felt ok today I’m still not sure if I see I difference everyone is saying that it’s working for them I will just have to see. FOR PEOPLE WHO'S ARM HURTS, You can do this with your arm lying flat on the floor and your head resting on it. Just make sure you engage your core and not collapse inward toward the floor in your stomach/core area. It does not effect the leg burn. :)

Um its a month lol but ima still answer lolz i dont know what ur feeling if it feels like its sore and a bit shaky when you get up i think its normal because you are stretching muscles that you haven't stretched before/ haven't stretched in a long time so your muscles would kinda be taken aback from the amount of stretching and exercising your doing but after a while if ur doing it regularly it will get used to it. I done cheering for my school after a summer break I didn't stretch the whole summer break so when i came back and did stretches and exercises my core my arms and thighs were sore. The next day it was hard for me to get up from bed and walk that day, when i was going to my classroom and taking steps i was in pain (sore) my legs were kinda shakey so it took me 20 seconds to step on every single steps of the stairs(not joking)

I'm gonna do this workout for 2 months, plus some ab workouts. I'll post daily. ^just reply to this comment too stay posted.^ Day 1: nothing has changed, OF COURSE, it's only day 1 silly! Day: 2 I'm starting to notice a slight change.. idk if it's just me but.. 😊😊😊 Day 3: they look more toned, but not any slimmer. Pray for me 🙏 Day 4: I'm starting to see it :))) only slightly tho, not to much. Day 5: feeling really confident :) they definitely are getting smaller. Day 6: it's getting easier but still hurts. I'm also starting to feel it in my abs as well, i didn't before but I am starting too. My thighs are getting slimmer! :) it's working yay. Day 7: Feeling a bit discouraged. Maybe it's just how I'm feeling today but all of a sudden they look the same too me? Maybe I'm just being insecure but.. :( Day 8: I missed this day :-/ Day 9: They're getting slimmer it is totally working I'm so happy. I've never had good thighs in my life and this workout is amazing! Day 10: they look... bigger? Idk. It's definitely getting easier. I don't take breaks between the little pumps. Day 11: today was harder than any of the days? I'm not sure why. Day 12: Wow.. I can't believe it's already day 12.. my thighs have never looked so good Day 13: missed it Day 14: feeling discouraged. Highly recommended. I just did this for 21 days along with my belly workout. My thighs have always been the biggest part of the body, and there is never any space between them (from the knees to the above). But now I started to see a thigh gap from my knees to about 20cm above, which has never ever happened before. Also help me lose 1.5kg as well. Gud luck everyone

My toes started hurting during the exercise.. later during the exercise I felt like something moving inside the left foot while tapping it on the floor... probably I got my ligament pulled due to extreme strain ... I’ll have to get it checked. Advice to the rest: be cautious while doing all the moves as every move and form doesn’t suit everyone

you are all beautiful!😊 work out to be HEALTHY. but if you do like the body building stuff, always work out WITH your body. NOT against it. make sure your body gets the stretching before and after work outs, make sure it gets the rest and healthy food it needs. (fruits, protein, pasta, lots of water, vegetables etc) food is a very important part of your body especially when working out. but remember, it's your PERSONALITY and FAITH that truly shows your beauty💖

I picked it up again plus drink a 'green smoothie' and eat healthier stuff drink lots of water andwith the time it really does work and it firmes the legs. Going to do accept this challenge since i'm really hyped on this exercise. Since I always go to this video, I will update you guys every other day so that the ones that are unsure if this works!! Day 1 (morning) (59 measurement of inner thigh) -I made sure I did everything she did even tho it hurt like hell cause I consider it cheating when I pause.. Day 1 (afternoon) -It hurts compared to the first time I exercised. It really was painful I had some pauses this time cause i'm not used to it. Day 2 (morning) - It hurts more than the first day since I do it twice a day. I couldn't stand it so I had to pause and rest every 2 mins or so then play the video. Day 2 (afternoon) - the excruciating pain.. i was really doubting whether it would work or not since I wouldnt want my effort to be wasted, but once you're done, you'd want to do it again. So finished! Day 3 (morning) - i skipped a day because it was aching so bad i had to rest and i guess that was my cheat day but now im back no more eating junk foods or any greasy foods. It was abit easy now, i was able to really cope with the video without stopping. But still had to rest for some.. Day 3 (night) - I wont be able to do this but atleast i did one routine earlier in the day. Day 4 (morning) TOMORROWWW

i’ve been doing this for 4 days now. and omg it’s hard but when it gets really hard i start thinking about the body i want, the muscles i’m gaining and the stronger i’m becoming. all of this will be worth it towards the end.

hi! so it’s been a while since i did this video but i actually did this everyday last year for around 2-3 months. it was definitely hard at first (especially since i didn’t have any fitness experience lol) but after a while it becomes really easy and you can tell your thighs & calves not only feel stronger, but look it too. it’s a workout really anybody can do, no matter the “fitness level” and is a great stepping stone to incorporating exercise into your daily life!

Day 1: I was so distracted doing this but the pain was killing me but I hope to see better results tomorrow. Day 2: I took mini breaks because I couldn't handle the pain but I have to get used to it. I can't say I feel a difference but 100% can feel the burn. Hope to see better results tomorrow✊

Updating from today just started this workout -DAY 1: burns soooo bad but from the comments I will try staying as committed as possible -DAY 2- I missed yesterday but it doing one now and tonight.also seems easier -DAY 3- starting to enjoy it and I honestly look forward to doing it every morning. Not seeing any difference yet knwing it’s only been 3 days but hope to reach half way to my goal by the end of the holidays. I’m also doing it before breakfast because then you’ll burn more calories -DAY 4- so about a week ago I took a full body photo so I would be able to compare my progress and I’m shocked. I’ve toned up and my legs are getting so much slimmer. I’ll definitely continue this workout -DAY 5- yeah I don’t feel that confident still. Don’t see much progress. I’ll only continue this update if I get 10 likes Day 6 yeah idk I’m not really seeing anything change and it’s really putting my commitment down. I’ve even eaten healthier yet nothing

Day one: I feel a burn and I feel really good ab my thighs for once I hope it works in a week. Day two: I noticed a tiny difference and I feel the burn so bad but it’s ok because it means it’s working I hope it works eventually. Day three: I did it with my bestie and it was burning real bad but that means it’s working and I saw A difference today.

DAY-BY-DAY: okay so i’ve been struggling a bit with body image over the past few months, and especially since summer has started. i wouldn’t call myself overweight, because i’m not, and i’m fortunate enough to have a body that i’ve grown to be semi-proud of. what i’m still self-conscious about, is my thighs and legs all together (mostly my thighs). so i’ve been looking into different workouts to try and better my body so that i’m comfortable with it! i’ll be giving a day by day! DAY ONE: wow, is it difficult! especially if you don’t exercise a lot. it definitely burns but i felt happy with myself once i was done. DAY TWO: legs are pretty sore from the day prior, i’ll give you that. especially as the night goes on. this does make it a bit more difficult to do the workout, but i’m still gonna do it. done with the workout! a bit harder than yesterday, but i still feel great about it! the pain means it’s working! i’ll be updating tomorrow! DAY THREE: i had to skip today for multiple reasons, i was way too busy and my legs were DEFINITELY sore. get ready for some real pain ladies and gents. but i think i can already feel a bit of a difference? i mean i can feel my muscle a bit more in my legs than i used to. it may just be in my head, but we’ll see.

I’m going to do this workout everyday so like to keep me updated!!! DAY 1: This was kind of hard and I tried to work my hardest and I definitely felt the burn DAY 2: It was still just as hard but I feel good after the workout, haven’t noticed slight changes yet DAY 3: It got easier and felt really good to workout and I was excited to workout, I saw small changes to my inner thighs and felt great after, and put a lot of effort into the workout

Day1:Having to constantly stop in between workouts and not seeing any change and want to already be done Day2:Not needing to take breaks in between not seeing any change. Not focusing too much on the workout Day3:Getting sore legs but feeling happy about workout and planning how to eat healthier Day4:seeing a little bit of results and feeling happier with them Day5:Being able to do exercises easier Day20:MISSION ACHIEVED! Tracking my results in the comments for me and you! (Doing it once a day for ??? days) Day 1: this was hell I mean it. I had to take several breaks and was dying about two minutes in Day 2: possibly harder than day 1 somehow. Took a break. Cried. Took another break. But got through it Day 3: finally able to do the whole workout without one break yay!! Highly recommend music to distract. Still painful but a bit less. Day 4: not painless but the pain is starting to feel a little better and more rewarding. I don’t know that I see any results yet but I don’t really expect anything until a week or two. Keep grinding 🤪 Day 5: definitely getting easier. Starting to become a good part of my night routine.

THIS WORKS!!! I don't lie. I workout a lot, I try a lot of different workouts and videos, so I've done it all prettymuch. I gained about 7kg during quarantine. I hated it. I added this after my usual aerobics. I wanted the bulk too to go away from intense jumproping and squatting from last year to pre-quarantine. This worked! Tara is awesome. I've lost 3kg already. I love Pilates so this felt like Pilates too. Love, from South Africa 🇿🇦. Don't give up.

Day one: felt hard but kept going not sore directly after but after a nights sleep it kinda hurt Day two : video went by quicker it felt like I could really do it. Guess I got stronger after a nights sleep it hurt alot kinda hard to walk but after doing some cardio felt much looser and able to strecth the pain is a nice one Day three: whooooooooo I'm fired up omg. My legs aren't shaking as much and I want able to do the open legs thing till the end I so proud it was crazy Day 4: the pain I felt is completely gone I can do it and the intense pain from the first three days is gone I feel really strong. Day 5: it only gets easier from here

I did this for a month and it was easier week by week but nothings really changed, I learned that you cant expect to get slimmer legs unless you cut back in calories AND workout to maintain muscle

m gonna giveyou guys an update: day1: i couldn't feel my legs my legs were literally sore from working out i couldn't even walk day2: on day 1 i read some comments, some said they saw a difference immediately the next day but that didn't happen in my case day3: i found another video which was super effective for a thigh gap i followed it and im sore fr i do this workout at night and that one in the morning day4: i literally did not see a lot of difference in the three days but i saw a slight one today day 5: i dont see a thigh gap yet but i do notice that my legs have slimmed down! day 6: no change day7: i see that my legs are getting toned i love this ! let me know if yall need more updates m gonna keep working these thighs day8: m gonna keep going I don't see any change rn day 9-14: i feel it in my thighs i can tell my thighs are toning down

Day 1: The Last exercise omg I fricken died Day 2: same as yesterday Day 6: Way easier and my legs start to look more toned Day 7: It's the first time i was able to do the 2nd exercise without doing an extra pause. I can feel that my thigh muscles are getting stronger (not bulkier). I also see a very little difference and I gained more confidence :). (I'm german, excuse my mistakes)

I will try to do this for 20 days Right tight 50.5 cm Left tight 50 cm ~1 day - hurts like hell ~2 day - I have a muscle strain, but I did it and it hurts so bad ~3 day - I went for a bicycle ride for 4 hours and then did the workout. It was exhausting! ~4 day - I thought it was a little bit more easy ~5 day - Burned a lot. I'm seeing an improvement. My thighs are more toned and slim ~6 day - Burn, burn, burn! I'm feeling my thighs more toned ~7 day - a week! I can't believe! I have been eating really bad today and my thighs are looking larger ~8 day - I'm seeing improvement and I can't close my legs from pain😂 ~9 day - I skipped the rests. So proud of myself ~10 day - Muscle strain! Again! ~11 day- OMG! There are left 9 days more ~12 day- This comment is my motivation!!!

ill do this for a few months and ill update each month so pls remind me i promise i will be updating so i did these for about 2weeks and stopped because i went on holidays. there wasnt a massive change but they definitely got thinner by a little bit. i now do other exercises that are very effective and ive been only doing them for not even 2weeks. there are currently 8exercising videos that i watch and do everyday. 3for abs, 3for thighs and butt and 2for hands. they’re all either 10min,5min or 15min exercises meaning it takes me 1hr 20mins to complete them all. i also eat healthy everyday and eat way less calories than i used to. im seeing great results after just 12days and if u guys want to know what videos im watching let me know and ill tell you. goodluck and stay motivated:) u can do it

I'm gonna do this every day for a month and see what happens and ill be honest and see if this actually works Day 1: i really felt this workout targeting the muscles i wanted it too! Day 2: for some reason it wasn't as hard for me today Day 3: this was the most painful day so far!!! not seeing any results yet but its only day 3 so i'm not expecting any Day 4: this day was probably the easiest! i wasn't really struggling to do it at all, even though my legs have been sore throughout the day. i could sort of see my thigh muscles looking a tad smaller and more toned but not sure if it was legit Day 5: i skipped this day because i was really exhausted after work Day 6: kinda think i can see my legs looking more toned and slimmer Day 7: the workout is defiantly getting easier and im getting used to doing it everyday Day 8: done

I did this for a week a long time ago, and saw amazing results. After I stopped doing it I gained wait especially in the thigh. I started to find more vids like this, and been doing it for 2 weeks, but I never saw as much results as when I did this. This one works so good for my thighs. ❤️

my diary of doing this to keep me motivated: day 1: it was tougher but i’ve gotten through h it and pretty proud of myself there’s a extremely small immediate difference which reassures me this will be good i’ll see you tomorrow hopefully day2: i’m so proud of myself for completing this yesterday it was so hard to do the straddle thing yesterday and i was able to do it all the way through no stops i did have a little pain in my thighs throughout the day but nothing major day 3: the workout is becoming easier and i’m getting less sore i was able to go all the way through with no breaks at all i’m still waiting for bigger results though
