Noodle • well honestly i havent been doing the outer thigh workout for a long time but ive been doing the inner thigh about once a week or so and i think if i did it fully more than once a week my thighs wouldve gotten smaller, although it has been maintaining the tone of my inner thighs :)

I have a solution that might help.. Do it while watching TV or KZbin Videos on the side but concentrate on the exercise too tho-. I tried it today and i wasn't feeling the pain that much

I love Tara's workouts, I've been doing butts, abs, inner/outer thigh exercises and I am noticing a massive difference, people also comment on how toned I've become. These workouts in combo with regular runs (even 20mins per time would do) make a huge difference. Thank's Tara! You are awesome.

Her exercises are excellent, as are all the PsycheTruth videos, no top speed flailing around that you see with many KZbin "exercise" sessions! Love Tara, and they all work, I've never been more toned and I'm 44 :) I also love the Fitness Blender videos, check them out too.

Tara, your exercises are GREAT! I just found you Wednesday--working on the "inner thighs." You add such humor so I'm not focusing on the burn. I rest more than you, but I've had two strokes 14 months ago. I will continue to follow you, along with my two DVDs, by "Mary Helen Bowers." You ladies give me stability & coordination. This one is amazing m doing that since years but I take my leg really high than she does.Whenever I put on flab on my thighs I start doing this religiously like starting from 50 each leg a and keeps increasing until I reach at least 300 each leg this will disappear your thighs 😀

This workout is on point! You must be the first person whom I’ve seen on KZbin doing all workouts in such a controlled fashion. It really works that way. Everyone is just flailing their legs and doing fast. It can be so misleading and end up painful in lower back . Thank you. 😊

Tara.... I works. After 3 children, this is the best . My clothes are loose after only 3 sessions. Don’t worry about the bulky stuff when doing this workout don’t do the ones with squats and stair climbers. And don’t eat a big meal after doing this bc that might make them bulky from what I’ve been hearing lol

so im pretty skinny, but I wanted to find a good video for lengthening my legs! mostly for inner thighs, SO I found this video and I loved it because the girl is super hot and skinny and the workout was honestly easy, i usually run a lot, I do squats sometimes ect. but when I did these legs workouts I couldn't walk for two days. the second day was the worst I literally stayed in bed because I knew I tore a muscle, but after some research I read that staying in bed and rest was the only thing I could do, and by resting I burn more calories by just healing! it was so sick! I saw results after just one day of going super hard with this hot chicks leg work outs....I did like two videos of the workouts and the rested for two days and then today I'm going to do two more again!

i think this kind of worked a little bit. My legs are more rounded and not pointy anymore. They might have even gotten a little thinner too in my outer thigh.

I did this workout together with her inner thigh workout and I could barely lift my leg the next day. (I jog regularly and do other exercises.) I groaned all night and my husband kept asking if I was alright. I woke up and pulled my self to the workout carpet and succeeded to do day2. All the areas I want worked out feel sore. I will update y’all a month after this workout. Thank you Tara for this video. I roughly measured my thigh to be 26” on day 2 of my workout 😂.
