So for anyone wondering if this actually works my answer is 100% YES. I started this on January 1st and only planned on doing it for the two weeks but I saw so much improvement that I decided to keep on going with it, it’s been twenty days and I can see my abs no matter what, I’m less bloated and im a little more snatched. Trust me it is so worth it I plan on continuing to do it until at least March it is so good and effective keep going!❤ (no I didn’t diet or anything I ate like normal lol -> normal for me is lunch, dinner and some snacking)! I’ve been trying this for a month now and WOW MY ABS!!! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!❤ KEEP GOING GUYS ❤❤

Doing this for 2 weeks Weight now: 52pounds and 9kg or less Dream weight: 49 pounds and 0 kg Day one: completed it ❤ Day two: completed it also but took some water breaks 🎉 Day three: did it but my stomach hurts 😂 Day four: did it easily since I already experienced the pain 😢 Day five: did it completely 😊 Day six: this time my hands hurts 😮 Day seven: forgot to do it but did the extreme hiit workout instead 😅 Day eight: finished it easily but I still have some leg pain and arm pain from yesterday workout😍 Leave a like to keep me motivated ✨

i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes. I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.

With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks. Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

just completed my 10th day of doing this, i feel like the whole time i did this i wasn't doing it right because i wasnt engaging my core, like everything would be hurting expect my abs, i tried tightening my core today alot. im proud that i stuck to it, for the remainder of the challenge im gonna try to tighten and engage my core a whole lot more, but for someone who never does workout like these im proud and i know im trying my best.

I started working out since I was 12 and people would call me try hard and wouldn’t believe that I had cutout abs and a small waist and that would make me feel guilty but I didn’t stop and now everyone’s working out....like what and now all the people who brought me down would ask me for my routine..

i am no fitness expert by any means but do you really try to focus on tightening your abdomen? i know as beginners its easy to be tired and just want to get it over with, but its better to do a few exercices properly and then skip the last ones if you get very tired. ofc its natural for your arms and legs to get tired too, but try to really focus on tightening your abdomen as you do the exercices :) hope it helps

Before doing exercise, I don’t drink too much water. I think it’s better to exercise with an empty stomach. I hope you get to the goal you have! Have a nice day :)

Hi guys! Doing this exercise and Daisy Keech hourglass abs workout for a month: Remind me to update every day by liking this comment! Waist: 70cm Hips: 78cm Day 1: ✅ It was so hard, i took so many breaks in between and had to constantly get motivation to keep going. 😫(10/1/25/2025) Day 2: ✅My body was hurting (which is a good sign) and the exercises were easier than day 1(11/1/2025) Day 3: ✅I got very lazy today however i managed to finish both exercises (please remind me to do the exercises) My body isn't hurting much (12/1/25) Day 4: ✅I had to study for a test so i did todays exercise at 11pm 😭 But i did it! (feeling super happy about myself) 13/1/25 Day 5: ✅Tbh todays exercises were much easier. Im starting to notice a slight change in my belly! 14/1/25 Day 6: ✅Done! 1 more day to go for week 1! 15/1/25 Day 7: ✅Yesss! 1st week done! 3 more to go 16/1/25 So the changes in week 1 aren't huge but i can notice that my waist is more clinched. I am so excited to keep going! Also from now on im doing some changes, so first i'm going to start a strict diet so no more fast food for me 😖 i'm also going to try to drink 4L of water each day and finally i'm going to do a belly massage and the towel method to clinch my waist faster. I'm doing this to see faster results i really hope it works! 17/1/25 Day 9: ✅I did it but forgot to update 18/1/25 Day 10: ✅ Done! Today i compared a photo that i took when i started doing these exercises with a photo that i took rn and -WOW guys it really works trust me! 19/1/25 Day 11: ✅ Donee! 20/1/25 Day 12: ✅I almost didn't do it today but got a sign from tiktok 21/1/25 Day 13: ✅Done! (i forgot to update) 22/1/25 Day 14: ✅Donee! OMG I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IT'S WEEK 2! Time goes by flying!! THERES A DEFINITELY CHANGE IN MY WAIST AND ABSSSS!! 2 more weeks to go! GUYSSS I MEASURED MY WAIST AND ITS 67CM!! I AM SOOO HAPPYY I forgot to update: Day 15: ✅ 23/1/25 Day 16: ✅24/1/25 Day 17: 🚫 First day without doing it, however i did run 5km... i felt terrible for not doing the exercises but then reminded myself that having rest days is ok! 26/1/25 18: ✅Donee! (I only had time to do this exercise tho) 27/1/25 19: 🚫Couldn't do it 😞However i did rock climbing so ig that counts as something (28/1/25) 20: ✅Done 29/1/25 21:🚫Couldn't do it again but i did rock climbing. (30/1/25) So i didn't do all the exercises everyday because i had to study for my tests. I felt really bad since it is the first week that i'm not being disciplined with my workouts. I promise that week 4 is going to be different and i'm going to do all the workouts everyday. Btw i'm also doing some changes in the workouts since i found out that some of the exercises work for the obliques and since im aiming for a more of a hourglass shape im going to avoid all the oblique exercises and replace them with other ab workouts. I’m not trying to offend you, but if you really do have 3 rolls of fat. It’s best to diet and do cardio to get rid of some of them. Then do abs exercise.

Starting today!! 3feb2025 I’m 16(F) my weight is like let’s just say 55kg,last time I checked it was 53kg but I’m 100% sure I gained weight so yea.And my height is 154cm Day1✅ 3 February 2025 -stomach looks slightly flatter :) -was hard but I did it! Day2✅ 4 February 2025 -Even harder than yesterday -No visible progress compared to yesterday ( I did eat some unhealthy stuff so I will stop eating sugary stuff and eat more healthy starting tomorrow!!) Day3✅ 5 Feb 2025 -Even harder than yesterday because my body was quite sore but I still followed through 🏃 -Really felt the burn in my stomach -Stomach had become flatter -my back is also more toned now!!
