Was doing this about a year ago, and my booty and stomach never looked better!!! But unfortunately I fell off the wagon, and with staying home because of covid, I def packed on pounds. Sanela makes working out so much more doable. She is so real!! Happy, fun, great at all this, as well as truthful. I love her sense of Humor, reality!! I have been following snd doing her workouts for 3 weeks. Everyone notices a change. Compliments galore!! Lost 21 lbs since 01/26/21!! I spent a long time trying to find a working that's not too long but beneficial.. finally I gave this one a shot and THANK YOU for meeting all of my expectations.. other videos, although effective, they are young ladies with fast loud music; working it out like 'jumping beans'! oufffff heavvvvvy exercise. I took a short break between each round. I love it . And I already saw a difference in 2 weeks doing them 3 times a week and 2 times stretching .

I really loved the workout, the moves were easy to follow and effective. I did feel alot of the messaging focused on how our bodies look which I didnt enjoy as much. Working towards having your body look a particular way isnt necessarily the same thing as taking care of yourself but I think alot of the time these two ideas are conflated.

Sweating buckets!! It's definitely the most intense one I've done with you yet. How would you recommend balancing this with core/tummy work outs - I'm doing one yoga session a day, 5 days a week. Then cardio/ running in the evenings. Can't really do this 4 times a week but if I alternate it and do it 2-3 times along with the toning workouts, will that be enough to see improvement in my butt?? Love your voice by the way it really helps to calm me and keep me focused!! 😀 thank you for giving me the option to make change at home
