I am on day 4/5 of repeating this video and I cannot believe how much more flexibility and mobility I've been having! I have never been able to cross my legs before but I have learned to release so much energy within that area the past few days and I feel amazing. My spine is straighter so I'm starting to sit up on my butt comfortably and I feel more relaxed.

Ms Sanela, i started following you in 2021, and your flows are the best ive ever experienced. Ive tried other yogis due to specific chronic pain and they just dont get me to zen like your videos do! Not to mention the body goals your giving. I just need my back and hips to be healthy again. So i wanted to take a second before starting and give a little appreciation to my most favorite yoga instructor.

I love Sanela!! Sanela, thank you so much for all your awesome videos! I am a chiropractic doctor and have been doing yoga for over 20 yrs. Recently (April 26, 2016) I had a severe hemorrhagic stroke which left me completely paralyzed on my entire left side. Gratefully I could still talk and since I couldn't sleep in the rehab facility I did rehab literally round the clock. I recovered (mostly) in a short period of time and relearned to walk within a couple weeks ~ more or less. Anyway, although I had been doing advanced yoga prior to the stroke, my balance is still needing some recuperation so I'm back to doing beginners until my balance improves. Well, I just wanted to let you know I use your videos almost daily now and as far as I'm concerned, you are the best of all the PsycheTruth instructors. Also, if you could please do some more flows to concentrate on stretching the neck and mid back I would really appreciate it. Oh yes, one more thing ~ I just love your entire demeanor. You are so positive, informed/knowledgeable and easy to follow. And so pretty too! I have to thank you. I have done yoga with you daily and had bad lower back and neck issues. I also needed to strengthen my core. I needed back surgery but since I've done yoga with Sanela I didn't need the surgery. I also lost 20 lbs. Thanks again Sanela. Kristin

These stretches were wonderful when my back went out. After I could walk again these got rid of most of my back pain and I still keep doing them so nothing like that will ever happen again. 🙂 also, you have a cute 🐱 kitty!

I’ve had a consistent hip problem for a couple years now and gone to PT twice for it. I run track and the hip problem took me out of my season last year but after just a few days of doing this everyday I can already tell there’s a big difference in the consistency of my hip pain.

Thank you Sanela for this amazing yoga video. This is my favorite yoga exercise after doing dozens and dozens of videos. Sanela gave advice about stretching hip flexor I've never heard before. I like the amount of time given to each stretch and Sanela's meditative approach and beautiful voice. I'll check for more Sanela videos later.

I just started working out w/ weights and eating balanced, I was so happy to see I was gaining strength + muscle but I have been uncomfortable most days after I workout, esp my hips. I didn't find too much relief from muscle rollers but this video has been a lifesaver!!! Immediate flexibility +listening to my body and muscles as I do it. Thank you!!!!!!
