This is pretty popular and got a Daily Deviation on DeviantArt, and has now been uploaded to KZbin by two people other than myself, so I may as well put it up on my account!
I animated this because I love Eddy. He is an incredible character and I wanted to make something demonstrated his egotistic nature, his eagerness, his hyperactivity, his sneakiness, and everything else about him.

So I was thinking about this randomly because waaaay back in the day I used to watch this clip back before it was youtube. And I mentioned it to my wife and she had no idea what I was talking about, so ended up showing it to her. Her first comment was 'you know, it makes perfect sense you used to watch this all the time. How to you get your animation to look so much like Danny Antinucci? Like, the outline of the characters move, just like in the show.

Funny how no one replied in 10 years, but I'll bite. The technique is called a boiling line, you just re-draw the outlines for a few extra frames and the minor imperfections between each frame create a wiggling effect.
