Judge “That’s speculation” Lawyer “That’s not speculation!” You’re leading her into a speculation about an event that didn’t happen. 100% speculation.
@theduckyninja10862 жыл бұрын
Honestly why does the judge let these attorneys argue with her and suggest what she should do during this case? It's very unprofessional.
@jdwylde72 жыл бұрын
@@theduckyninja1086 I guess she’s trying to “be chill” about it. Since it’s highly televised. A lot of judges I’ve seen would snap at them and tell them the ruling was final and to move on unless they wanted to be spoken to.
@Trueromancee2 жыл бұрын
how is contemplating a fictive scenario not speculation?, funny how she tries to dismiss the psychologists report with bias but the biggest bias in that conversation is the attorney herself reading the report in defense of amber heard... hahaha. You can see the psychologist gained so much confidence after that idiotic attempt by the female attorney
@nelsonribeiro14712 жыл бұрын
She was trying to make her look like she was on Depp side all the questions before that, that last question she got objected was the final question to make her point that she was saying what team depp wanted, that's why the lawyer was so upset that even argued against the objection, you can even notice she was looking for more questions but because she didn't had any more questions she jumped to that last question that she had already think of.
@mrpoizun2 жыл бұрын
The main point is that she's not Dr Phil. She's not going to risk her professional reputation by cooking up a phony diagnosis, nor speculate about whether Depp and his lawyers expected her to be a female Dr Phil.

This is a perfect example of why the pandemic offers us an opportunity to make trials more fair, by playing them to the jury on a 90-second delay. Counsel plants knowingly false ideas in the heads of the jury; in a delay situation many of defense counsel's questions would be objected to, objection sustained, and the jury would never hear the false-trail questions. Eventually, as counsel realizes that they can't get away with it any longer, trials would be much shorter, reducing the backlog in many court systems.
