As a former trial lawyer, I can tell you that, at least in Ohio, this is fourth-rate lawyering. Around here, very few of these questions would have been asked. Juries are sensitive to unfair or unfounded questions. And if they don't cotton to it during cross, lawyers around here make sure they learn about it on redirect.

Its hilarious to me to see Johnny's psychologist then compare her to the psychologist that Amber's team uses. Its like a perfect representation of the 2 sides, his psychologist is calm, collected, and well put together. I love how the lawyer and Dr Curry have swapped places in regards to professionalism, isnt it lawyers that have to take an oath with SEVERAL rules that are plain as day what they can and cant do with ZERO wiggle room.. if i didnt know better you’d think Dr curry was the lawyer here, the fact shes not uttering a single word that can be misinterpreted/misunderstood/misrepresented, the lawyers using every word in her vocabulary to try and create the answer she wants but forgetting a psychologists job is to not take someone’s speech and statements as their actual thoughts nor what narrative they’re trying to present as gospel. This woman’s job is to cut through BS and reveal the motive behind it- shes doing *exactly* that with REAL panache knowing full well that theres zero way by mid-way through her testimony and certainty by the end of her testimony.. the lawyers trying every tactic in the book except the book is for kids and i dont mean the child prodigy’s and Dr Curry’s is for scholars and Stephen Hawking level geniuses👏🤣

I cannot deny how much i laughed through part 1, 2 & 3 of this.. it is supposed to be the lawyers that are THE most professional.. LEGALLY.. they have extremely clear rules, obligations and guidelines set that have ZERO wiggle room, no way of being misinterpreted, no way of acting/playing dumb as to the rules of law. So please explain to me why the defense lawyers have swapped places with the witness in regards to the standards of professionalism, the understanding of taking an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth and *nothing* BUT the truth. Witnesses dont have to take that the immensely specific oath nor fulfill any of the criteria outlined in the bar exam that lawyers do in fact you can study law for a bare minimum of 3-4 years at university/college and despite that you CANNOT take that oath nor qualify as a lawyer if you fail the bar exam so you’ve got to be retaining a pretty high IQ/ level of intelligence to grasp the terminology and vocabulary required to qualify as even the most basic, low ranking attorney. Explain to me how after 3+ objections to the phrasing this attorney kept trying to use to create wiggle room/open the door to get the answer she wanted.. instead she made herself look stupid, foolish and it allowed the jury to see plain as day what she was *trying and failing miserably* to do. The door she actually opened is that Dr Curry’s professional opinion of Amber Heard was as close to certainty as it gets, she’s articulate, she knows exactly what this attorney is trying to do baring in mind her literal job is psychology, she reads between the lines in what someone’s saying by their choices of phrasing and how the defense thought they could manipulate her assessment, signed statements and the circumstances in which she gained the facts against her is a super bizarre strategy and plan of action/attack just shows how blatantly obvious it is that theyre utterly incapable of overriding the evidence and guilt of their client, Amber bought this destruction of both her career and public opinion of her entirely on herself. She’s so narcissistic it’s unreal, not only in her testimony on the stand that really did ruin ANY way out of this sh*tstorm not only by her blatant BS but most especially when Camille Vasquez’s cross-examination of her own words combined with when Johnny took the stand the contrast was heart-breaking, credible and really blew a LOT of holes in her case and when Amber’s team *knew* they had virtually zero chance of creating the equivalent in Johnny’s case his lawyers made the ultimate slam dunk in choosing Dr Curry as an expert, she also deserves the double barrel of expert-WITNESS and tbh also expert-BS obliterator so combined with that title im surprised Amber’s team won ANYTHING as if Johnny’s lawyers spitting facts then is it really defamation as considering how much Amber’s bombshell/shock-value headlines and/or shock-value articles period this assessment of Amber and the silent-assessment Dr Curry was creating for the jury really did make me laugh- utter brilliance making this compilation theres no enough laughter in the world atm and you’ve nailed it🙌🏻👏😅🤣
