The whole albums was amazing. It's dedicate to/a letter to her son. She trying to explain to him when he's older, why she had to tear his normal apart so that she could be happier outside the relationship. MUST HEAR- To Be Loved (video of her singing, not the studio version... that one will work though if you are trying to perfect the sound.)

How amazingly brave and vulnerable of her to put this on an album! When you give it a listen all the way through each track flows together and she shows growth. Tom always has great gems of wisdom to share and I thought this would bring out a bit of a different set of topics. Thanks so much for all your hard work, Tom and Nick. 💐💐💐🫶🏼💕

To understand the whole journey of the album you must listen to it complete so I recommend it, it is beautiful. And as people have commented, the recordings are real and she began to record them by her therapist, Adele had anxiety problems and when she was talking to her son to protect him she lied but at one point Adele was not aware of what she was saying, so by recording her conversations and being more honest she was much better and the last audio was an audio that she sent to her therapist in a very dark moment.
