I don’t know if anyone noticed that his suit changed at 7:00 minutes in. This an homage to the mask with Jim carry. Pulling out the guns just like Jim carry did in one of his scenes. It’s like he himself is also wearing a mask that doesn’t represent himself.

That line "Yeah, everybody got problems and we all fightin' this big war But your problems are different, you got nothin' to live for," hits so hard. In our minds, our problems feel so massive but when you shift your perspective it becomes apparent that your problems are no worse than what others have gone through or are currently going through. Perspective is so very important in everything to do with humans.

It’s very telling that most rappers talk about money not being the answer to their problems, it’s like we’re stuck in a system that makes us believe money is the goal when in reality living life is the goal. Shame the system doesn’t let us live life without money.. no wonder so many people feel this way Love the videos! Keep it up 👍
@TTGPetWussy3 жыл бұрын
That’s absolutely not true, most people just rely on money because they think they need it. You can easily learn how to be completely self sufficient. Most people just don’t want that lifestyle lol

@@TTGPetWussy easy to say, very hard to achieve, our kids and family don’t understand when we say sorry son no phone, no car, no house, no goods that we can’t grow, no clothes we cannot make, no medicine we cannot buy … just because daddy wants to live outside of the system

I rmeember recently hearing hopsin himself was in such a back place and felt all of these thoughts and then made all this music during that time. He left the country and took time to himself and saw a therapist for all his problems and really helped him see who he was and his purpose in life.
@YodaOGz3 жыл бұрын
I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but Hopsin went through troubling times early on, he took a break from rapping and his everyday life, went into therapy, and moved to kenya for some soul searching, he made a video saying how some of the music is a previous mindset he use to be in, and is no longer in that, but he wants to share his journey.

That voice is the reason i smoke marijuana so much and maybe the weed is the reason for that voice idk but that voice starts in my head the second i wake up and repeats itself and it’s all i can concentrate on until i smoke some weed and then that voice disappears. Then im high and it’s not difficult per say but harder to concentrate on anything i find my mind wandering. And wandering is way better than that voice.

His son’s mom accused him of domestic violence, I believe, and took his son to Australia. Because of the accusations Hopsin is banned from Australia and therefore banned from seeing and communicating with his son. That’s where the part of his son already thinking he’s dead comes from. Had problems with my own son’s mom for a time. She told the courts that I was an abusive drug addict, not true in the slightest, but I ended up getting visitation after drug tests and background checks.

Wow. Deep song. At first i was not liking it but it got very deep and hopeful. Great feedback and advice. The Bible verse 2 Cor. 10:5-“Take every thought captive”. Comes to mind of battling those thoughts Satan wants to put in our minds and wants us to believe. Love the end where he decides to not listen to those lies and “ blow them up”. So so good! There’s always hope.

hey. At 8:16 of this video. you mentioned there could be "9" things going wrong. but one thing thar could go right to push in the right direction. hopsin is born July 18th. and 18 is octave of 9. in astrology 9 is a secluded number to find inner truth, wisdom and meaning alone. a time of reflection of what is actually going wrong in your life. 9 is in aries and virgo. which deals with the serviceable mind and the passion for the need to get things done. 18 a number by itself is a number of anxiety and confusions also. I can keep going but thats interesting you've said that. coincidence? i dont know. I've studied numerology and astrology for a long time.
