Everything is 2 sizes too small bc she wears a 1x/2x when she should be wearing a 4x. My guess is she's back up to 350 now, and that might be conservative.

I kinda agree. When she said she was 389 before surgery, I believe that would have been the morning after having a number 1 and 2 weigh in, so you know by the end of the day she was 400lbs. Unfiltered she looks like November 2021 so yeah she is at least 380lbs if not 400lbs. She sounds like a pug when she is walking.

She is super big right now, I agree - but she is not as huge as she was right before WLS. Her face at that time was almost unrecognizable, and she's not at that point yet.

I remember her sad little video talking about. “ we want to start a family, and I would not want to be pregnant at this weight, it’s not healthy etc etc, and look at her now, big AF after 2 WLS and now pregnant. It’s literally INSANE! I was over 310+ pounds just about 2 years ago and I’m at 227 - lost weight 100% NATURALLY and it’s hard ( I still have some work todo, want to probably maintain 170-185)so it’s mind blowing that she got so BIG again so fast after the second WLS before even becoming pregnant because I could never imagine going under the knife 🔪 for WLS and letting my self get big again pregnant or not.

It’s really not a functional place to live. After tourists leave, Labor Day, there’s nothing there. The people that live there really only have a few months to make bank. A friend of mine is a chef at a very nice place on MV. He lives and works in Boston most of the year, but goes back to MV June, July and part of August to work. He makes some good money during those months, but has to leave when the tourists stop coming. The Uber rich that have bought up the limited land, don’t stay there more than a few weeks at a time. It’s a tough place to live. Visit? Very nice. But the residents can struggle if they have a slower summer due to the weather.

A pulmonologist would have a fit over her neck circumference. Alex definitely needs a sleep study. I also believe that an anesthesiologist would be concerned should she need intubated. Given her neck circumference and the fat that she no doubt has it could be a matter of life or death in an emergency situation. Alex could lose her life due to difficulty in intubating her. Going to a bowling alley to eat dinner while vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard and ordering an entire pulled pork pizza, you know you must be Alexandra. At this rate she will be adding pure whipping cream to dried baby formula to feed to the newborn.

She would have to be intubated no way around it. A pulmonologist cardiologist sleep study Dr would all say the same thing and she wouldn't like it one bit! She would call them fat phobic esp. when she would be askef to step on scale at every single appointment.

When she made the video announcing her weight loss surgery, I would not be surprised if she was nearing 500lbs. She was twice the size she was during her early years, and even back then she was obese, but she looked stunning. Can't say the same for her nowadays. If she claims back then (at her highest) to be under 400lbs, she was definitely lying. Like Amber who will never admit to being 600lbs but alluding being close to it, Alex will never admit to being 400lbs or over (when she obviously was). I feel like these women truly see themselves as "smaller" thus them lying about their weight if they ever announce it. Alex was also infamous about lying about her clothing size being size 16-18 when she was much bigger too. (Not sure if she was still doing that before she became pregnant.) When it comes to her weight, I truly feel that she thinks she can get away with saying she's about 100lbs smaller than she is, which also makes sense because she's so delusional about her weight gain after her 100lbs+ weight loss just a few years ago. Also, Alex isn't short, so you might think she's currently 350lbs, and that's probably what she wants others to think too, but I've seen people who are 350lbs and Alex looks about 100lbs heavier than them. I also think she's close to being double her husband's size who's taller and built which is why she looks close to 450lbs in my eyes.

26:14 Alex also doesn't need snacks because they are going out to eat three times a day on this trip. And not for small, dainty portions. (I've already seen Momma Goob's reaction, so I know how it goes down.) I would already be stuffed by the meals they are getting - let alone even _wanting_ snacks on top of it. For me, this video of hers settles it: Her stomach is stretched out to pre-bypass size and she is eating "normally" again. (And her "normal" means weight gain.)

Life, there’s usually something that happened in a person’s life to help them get that big and be so food motivated. Vacation naps are fun, I just think theirs are perhaps not as active as they should be. The way Alex just accepts being an unhealthy octogenarian is so alarming rather than working hard to be young and fresh is ridiculous.

Loved your snark! It's true what you say. Her breathing is scary. Plus the seat belt not being on her properly in a convertible was so bad. She now has people who get rid of all negative comments. She can't face truth and puts herself and baby at risk. I can't believe that Yar just was fine with seat belt not being right. So careless. You didn't catch it but watch her in the rental car.

Not just the belt issue, but she doesn’t fit. She’s in Yar’s way, her knees are jammed in there and she’s hanging over the passenger side. If she got into a fender bender, even minor, it would be much worse. Air bags, and the structural integrity won’t help keep the passengers safe if you are not properly seated. Add in no seat belt and it’s going to be messy. Imagine a 400 pound Alex flopping on to Yar. ☠️

14:14 it is so true that she doesn’t look pregnant at all. My sister just had a baby a few months ago & was 6 months pregnant at Christmas. She is a normal, healthy weight + body fat and it was *super* obvious. She had a huge baby belly but no weight gain really anywhere else, but there’s no way you could’ve missed it. That has realiy put into perspective just how obese Alex is-that she is now as far along as my sister was then-and you can’t tell at all because of all the excess fat. That is, if she’s even pregnant tho. I am starting to see some people’s points about her having a surrogate. None of this is adding up.

I have a neighbor who is very overweight, and a couple of years ago she had a baby, and I was super duper shocked, because she just looked fat, never pregnant. I had NO idea she was pregnant. It's not uncommon at all for plus size people to look different than smaller people, when they are pregnant. I don't buy the surrogate rumor at all. 🙄

A medium is 750 calories and 120 grams of sugar. It’s has nearly 2 and a half days worth of sugar. It’s not an ice coffee, it’s a frozen coffee. I can’t tell if it’s a small or medium. I am going to assume it’s a medium. She would have been better off just getting a caramel iced coffee. The frozen coffees are absolutely criminal in the macro department. But health and weight are not related. Well, according to Alex. Not sure why she started her vacation with a coffee dessert. She knew she was going to spend the weekend snacking, why not just have something a little better on the off hours of meals?? She’s going to eat herself out of her clothes, cars and shoes. How in the world is she going to take care of this child at over 400 pounds??

The drinks are really catered to customers like Alex. Even more disturbing is I see tweens and teens drinking these several times a day. Dunkin’ and Starbies should place warnings on the drinks. Similar to tobacco products.

@@sarahjaneplainandtallright!? I stay low carb… no reason, I find I stay in a calorie deficit, not real hungry and just feel better. I think I am just very sensitive to carbs. If I do slip and have a little bit more sugar, I feel it. Sluggish, and STARVING. It’s no wonder she needs a 4 hour nap in the afternoon. Her glucose levels are spiking than dropping… Her pancreas doesn’t know what is going on. I love the low carb diet. I just don’t get that absolutely starving sensation. The kind where you will eat the wallpaper if you don’t get a snack soon. I don’t know why she doesn’t try it.

I think she naps frequently as she did before she even was pregnant bc she possibly has sleep apnea. If shes undiagnosed or just refusing to acknowledge it, she would have extreme daytime drowsiness. My guess is 355-365. Shes put on at least 25 already 😅 poor baby in there

Oh yeah, as I heard someone put it, she has sleep apnea & awake apnea. 100%. With that neck? Ain’t no way she doesn’t My dad has it & was always tired and falling asleep before he got diagnosed and got his CPAP. Now he never naps or falls asleep bc his quality of actual sleep at night is so much better

I do believe that she had a CPAP machine before she ended up getting the gastric bypass she had the strangest marks under her eyes it would always look red and bruised and then after she got the surgery the bruise looking marks went away

I'm gonna low ball my guess and say Al has gained 45 lbs. Incidentally, I recently found a couple of channels of tubers who are a size 16-20 and do tryon hauls: Al is at the very least a 3x and 22-24. Compared to these other influences, there's no way she isn't. I'm a 16-18 and as tall as Al; there is absolutely no way she's my size.

Pretty sure she's at least 400lbs. She's 5'8" and has a very wide torso. One of my friends is 5'10" and when she was 410lbs, she looked less fatter/wider than her. She's 300bs now and looks half the size Alex looks here. I think right now she (Alex) looks between 420-450lbs. And to think Amber is half a foot shorter than her... I would love to see all the Gorls stand side by side just to see how they look because there's such a vast range of body shape and stature in terms of morbid obesity.

When the first doctor didn't want her gaining over 10 lbs during the pregnancy she said no. Just think, if she had self discipline, she'd be in healthier shape definitely not as enormous as she is now. She still has weeks to go while eating like a pig. But that's Alex, she's the only pregnant woman and nothing is going to happen. Her health is perfect for developing a healthy baby.

12:00 I am someone who pulls their pants up as far as possible and finds that comfortable. My body insists on having a lump of structural fat on the inside of my thighs that makes the skin of my thighs rub together. (I am only slightly overweight now and this was no worse when I was heavier - this fat is probably among the last to go away. So I'll probably never have a thigh gap.) And I don't like that feeling. This is also a reason why I don't wear skirts or very short shorts.

Jamaican patties are baked and the default filling is minced beef. Alex ate it like a trooper straight from the paper bag like you supposed to. As nutrition goes it is not bad. Bun and cheese is good but it ain’t a health food. I never seen that brand of bun, that was a faker. The cheese is Tastee cheese from a tin, not a health food. In fairness if she had that bun with a good quality mature cheddar I would have judged her harshly. 😂 Personally I would have preferred to know the story as to how a Jamaican cafe ended up on MV but as usual Alex vlogs the boring crap. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I must say I love Golden Krust beef patties I haven't had one in years but they are very delicious I used to work at a doctor's office in the financial department and there was a Golden Krust right around the corner I only have 30 minute break it took me 5 minutes to get there 10 minutes to order it and 5 minutes to get back and it was always worth it LOL

Couple of things. When I started watching reactions on Alex around two years ago, I felt she seemed like someone with cognitive decline. I then saw some retro reactions from other creators who have since stopped reacting. Whilst she was never that bright she had a wider vocabulary and was more articulate. I feel that the reason that these ladies all shorten words is that they have a fat tongue. I personally if I eat a lot of junk I get swollen glands and tongue. Alex and these other ladies always sound congested and whether they actively realise it they do things subconsciously to adapt.
