I've made this quilt twice now, throw and king sized. I couldn't have done it without your fantastic tutorial! The throw was a gift to a very dear friend, and the king is on my bed. It's a fantastic pattern, and you're an amazing teacher!

I just did a border like this recently. Was recommended to do a row of stay stitching ⅛” from the edge just inside the ¼” seam line to prevent stretching bias edge. Worked great.

This quilt is exquisite. Thank you for the well organized, step by step, lesson that when each are completed the final result produces this beautifully designed and pieced quilt. What a wonderful success, and truly fine work of art. I hope to one day have progressed sufficiently that I will be able to make this quilt. I do not think I would have ever thought it possible. But, now that I have watched and listened to your instructions I know it is in the reach of anyone who can focus on and complete one step at a time! 💖 🌈

You"re so right Donna -- squares on point are just so visually appealing... and I love a quilt that is easier to piece than it looks (to impress my non-quilting audience, of course!). I don't know how long this took you Donna, but by the various clothes including that beautiful dress i reckon 4 days at least. It is gorgeous and having watched you from start to finish, i would still be nervous of trying this out even if i were a master at quilting and not just a complete beginner. I enjoy watching your KZbins as you are just so easy to understand, speak in normal language that we all understand(sorry non english speakers), using words that are not double dutch but plain and easy to understand. This is one person that wishes you could be on this side of that big ocean and that really wishes that you had all the riches, because you really deserve it. Thank you flower for showing and explaining so clearly everything you do and why. Sending crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil Village, Central Scotland

I have just found your tutorials. You give such wonderful tips and I love 💕 the weight. I have trouble cutting and keeping my ruler from moving. I Am so glad to have a use for my “not being used weight”. I am a batik lover and will be checking out your on line shop. You and Matt have such a great eye for color. What a wonderful job your have. I know there is a lot of work running your own business but to work at something you love is such an American dream. We should all be so fortunate. I have just retired, also from a job that I loved and miss, but I will continue my binge watch as I now have all the time to do whatever I please. Working on an Edyta Sitar quilt but have seen many new patterns I would like to try. Thank you for the tutorials and look forward too many more.

One of my favorites!! I just love all the jewel tones. I am doing one smaller, with only 3 hanging sections instead of 5 and only 1.5 inch wide strips (2" cut) The blocks are only 8" instead of 10". It's really sweet with warm and cool batiks and a mottled, tuscan type yellow fabric background. Thanks, Donna. Having to recreate the pattern, which I bought from JF is tough for me, but the tutorial is quite helpful!!
