This is what I did with my council in my first letter..was to challenge their authority ..and told them in bullet proof form why I was withholding C.T..3 years ago ..they never even answered my letter…thanks guys for all you do..don’t always agree but you sure give a lot of info..

Hi have they bothered you since then ? I'm being hounded for c/ tax for a chalet I owned ( the Govt closed the 10 month holiday site during Convid but still tried to charge us all the c/ tax !!!!

@ Hi Claire..No one has ever been round in person..yep..I got Enforcement agents who are not even on the GoV bailiff list.. summons to court .. constant demands from Council..then after about 4 months it all goes quiet till the next year then they follow the same procedure’s.. every year ..they have to because it their protocol ..it’s just all to scare you..first lot of mail that comes with addresses ..I return to sender….NO PERSON OR PERSONS OF THIS NAME AND TITLE LIVES AT THIS ADDRESS.. ..then if mail continues it gets binned.. I’m dealing with speeding fine to ..the same way..returned to sender to police …said the same as above ..sent two lots of mail back.. they want the drivers name..In law and morality there is such a thing as self incrimination..no one can incriminate themselves ..civil evidence act 1968 and common law,.as long as a crime has not been committed..speeding is not a crime..I less you harm someone ..Rice V Connelly 1966…case law…the right to remain silent and give no personal details… My next chalenge is the water board..I don’t have an account as I refuse to pay with what they are charging , profits to steak holders, and shareholders..and they dump in the seas and oceans get fined then do it all over agin while everyone else is paying for their fines on top of the water..people are paying to be abused !!!!!.. They want to put a new smart water meter in..which is in my property..I have loads of evidence for them not put one in..they use radio frequencies ..so they need a licence !!!???..but they don’t know this..they can also be used as a weopen which is against the terrorism act !!!??💪..good luck..

I am in court in July next year in front of a district judge regarding the liabilty for council tax. The council's reply when I asked them to prove my obligation to pay the council tax was "Because we have sent you a bill and reminders which proves your obligation to pay". I couldn't stop laughing. The summons that was issued had no identifying name on it (they don't need a wet ink signature I believe but it must have a name) and was obviously issued by the council as the court had no knowledge of it when I asked them. My intention is to show the judge evidence that the summons is issued incorrectly and therefore is null and void. I also intend to show evidence that the court that I first attended was an unlawful court and that was the reason for the adjournment to the magistrates court to be heard in front of a DJ. From where do the council get their judicial authority to issue court documents and to conduct their own courts? It will be interesting to see what he says.

@@inationrecords7488 I did. I was called to court when I was 17 for a driving offence. I didn't go. I got 3 letters; and the last 3rd letter was a letter that stated - case closed non attendee. I was 17, shat bricks, but I couldn't see the point in going. Later I found out it was CHOICE! They used the MUST attend. must = choice!! I never gave tacit agreement to go and pay their wages. No defacto court is legal in England. Thank the bill of rights and the people who fought for the slaves to have rights.

@@leavemyrightsalone Because I want to prove to them that there is no obligation to pay council tax. If they can't prove any obligation in a court of law, then it will become case law and the end of council tax. If you're happy to not go and defend your rights, that's your choice.

Council are not demanding payment they're offering you a contract lol you have an obligation to your person. The principal is the boss and who controls the principal? I don't think they are offering you a contract. A notice to pay council tax by their rules is called a demand. Also they don't send you an invoice. Further, when I started work at 16 and started paying national insurance it was stated that they would pay me a pension when I got to 60 (which in my view was an implied contract). However when I got into my 50's they unilaterally/arbitrarily changed the contract to paying a pension at 67. In my view that was unlawful. If they had told the people who started work at 16 that from now on we will not be paying a pension until 67 fair enough, but to change the terms of a contract half way or near the end, without consent of the parties involved is unlawful imo. So I don't believe that they believe that they are contracting with us, they believe they can make any rules they like without any accountability.

International treaties are not legislation, once signed they should have the agreement replicated into a countries law and legislation. Why ask them to discuss it, research it yourself. Its not an ideal situation but it protects our diplomats from false charges just as much as it protects that American who knocked a child off his bike and killed him outside an air base a few years ago. While you are at it you should research the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and pick out a few points that have not been transferred into law or legislation to our detriment.

You have missed a whole classification of people about 98% of the population(guess) from your presentation. The hierarchy should be as follows:- The people Government (including civil servants) Anyone under contract with the government. You are arguing from the position of The people and wanting the constitution to apply but what standing do you have to invoke the constitution? How do you end up under contract with the government? Use the birth cert as ID, it used to say on it not to do this. Use the NI number for taking a job, claiming benefits or accessing NHS healthcare. Take a job with any company registered with the government and you are receiving a benefit of employment that is somewhat subsidised by government. Apply for a driving licence. Use the pound sterling which is nothing more than company script. Register to vote. etc Right now you are saying show me the contract with two wet ink signatures on it! That would be correct if we were dealing in common law but we are not, we are dealing in equity. Accepting anything from the government or using something provided by the government is deemed evidence of a contract, the fabled social contract that is talked about but never evidenced. This is explicitly stated in the Gas and Electric act where the tenant is deemed to be in contract just by being the tenant, this is an operation of equity. What do you call any of the people who are under contract with the government or are civil servants or part of government itself? PERSON because they have made themselves subservient to government and have accepted the role in government of PERSON. Having accepted this roll they then have to follow all the company rules otherwise known as acts and statutes. Are there actually any of The people out there? I know Im not one of them, are you?

Now I have given you a reason why the government/courts consider us PERSONS no matter what we think or say and you still disagree. Please make your mind up or explain your reasoning please.
