PT: Swap Mode - Deep Dish 9 P Rank (NOISE UPDATE SPOILERS)

oh hey, noise update is out
it so fucking good, noise moveset feels so fluent and good, and some other quirks were also awesome
as for the swap mode, its also nice. its like coop! but not really? you dont control 2 characters at the same time, but if youre playing with a 2nd player they can press grab and become the main one (honestly fair enough, from every coop ive seen in pizza tower mods it doesnt turn out great. so i can see why mcpig decided to make this)
overall a very good expansion!! mcpig did an amazing job

As much as I like Swap Mode, I wish it was a little less Noise-centric. I know that it’s just an actor playing Pepp and Gus and that it’s The Noise’s movie, but it would’ve been cool to have different boss fight cutscenes with both characters in them, and a new Pizzahead finishing move instead of the big bomb with Peppino walking away. The title cards could’ve had The Noise slapping his stickers on and then Peppino slapping stickers of him on it in retaliation against The Noise, and CToP could’ve had dynamic music like the escape scene, and maybe we actually save more characters instead of The Noise crew, Gus + Brick, and a bucket. The credits could have been a combination of Peppino’s and The Noises, with the normal enemies as well as the bosses walking away, and the ranking could have a combination of both characters, like getting the “That’s the one, officer” judgement could have Peppino point at The Noise instead of the player. Edit: Just had great idea for Peppino and The Noise finishing move on Pizzahead, it ends up being like the Vinewrestle match where Peppino won the belt, and Tour De Pizza knows about vinewrestle. Like Peppino is beating down Pizzahead but a can of whoop-ass falls and knocks Peppino away, but just when all seems lost The Noise makes a big return and throws the huge bomb into the sky, and Peppino super jumps and pile drives it straight into Pizzahead ending the fight. Edit 2: I need to stop adding on to this, but I just realized that the person playing Peppino in the movie is Maurice Spaghetti, Peppino’s brother from the ancient aliens stream. He’s the guy who summoned Homer at the end and spent the whole stream rambling about whacking people with bags full of nickels and bringing up every time he hurt Peppino. He is my new favorite character.

I think you just swap with each player, but only one person gets to play at a time.

Nothing much changes, though you can throw your friend easier by grabbing them and if both players mach dash at the same time you become a cartoony cloud of violence.
