Jaijaiwanti has two types or angs - one of them is Des ang and the other is called "Bageshree" ang (according to Pt Ramashreya Jha, this is borrowed from Raga Gara rather than Bageshree). This bandish is employing Bageshree ang Jaijaiwanti in the antara. But Veena tai is just showing the Des ang of Jaijaiwanti in some of her vistaar and taans.

Radhika, raas milan chali aaj. God’s beloved daughter and Lord Krishna’s soul mate will go to paradise to meet each other. Sakhi nasang sangsingar shor rashprakarmai saaj milanchali aaj. Her companions have prepared for the journey. Mano chandrika Krishna chandh ki mano..chandrika Krishna. This will include auspicious offerings to please His majesty. Nikas aayi ritujaan sharan ki chandh nandini khelan raas kah laassang Kae Bhavrang bhar aaj. In so doing, they will sing a joyful melody to please her God, Lord Krishn. To welcome them, she wears beautiful clothing worthy of the occasion. Longing of the heavens, she is the beloved of Lord Krishn, paradise. In the seasons of song there are special provisions to allow the meeting to go expeditiously, that is, without committing any errors, sin. Radhika raas milan chali aaj, Expectantly, Lord Krishna’s beloved believes she will receive the deliverance owed to her. The encounter with God, bhavrang, describes a mortal’s journey to become His better half. Lord Jesus Christ who redeems purgatory.
