SO i watched another video and they mention massaging it, stretching - I did that for 2 days with no progress. I did what you recommended and with in 4 hours I notice a big difference. I plan I leaving this tape on for a couple days, but god bless you. I have been dealing with this for over a month, thought it was carpal tunnel - those stretches seemed to help but real relief until I did this, and noticed it in about 4 hours so I love you, thank you, I hope this is cured soon, it has been a horrible 30+ days. tape cost me about $16 for 30 stripes - worth it.
