Can we talk about why the armor is capped at 9230 and juggernaut aspect gives you 10k armor and ruins your evade. Why the fuck does that aspect exist anymore

Not all builds has enough armour early. Not all builds might want any armour rolls on gear and can fix that with one aspect. Its perfect as a multiple scenario option.

Solution for barb balance... Remove one barb two handed Give sorcerer 2 bracelets, works just like rings but can also have utility aspect Give druid a "hide" armor piece, that can be fitted with defense or utility aspect, and gives aspects 100% bonus(like 2h, but for defense/utility). Also 3 gem sockets Give necro an additional amulet and let them duel wield. Leave rougue where its at.

They are supposed to feel unique. The stats of a unique item shoukd always be a 2-2 or 3-1 ratio. 2 universally good affixes auch as crit/attack speed/all stats/ damage over time or whatever depending on what the unique is supposed to be for , and 1-2 uniwue affixes you cant get on other things. Like dr on a weapon to be tanky. Or cooldown on a ring like x fals. Those feel good. All uniques should do that

I say this with the hope that someone will forward this message to the devs but boulder Druid was completely overlooked for season five after some of the Nerfs to Druid aspect It never got the compensated buff like all the other core skills. It does 64% damage 4 rank points into it, while landslide is almost at 200% with four points. In addition, the lucky hit chance is only 4%, which is a joke and if they really want to make the skill valuable to remove the knockback and even add a pull but at a minimum no knockback. Yes it can hit more times then landslide but not if it’s knocked back after the 1st tick.

The problem your were talking about around 48:00 is something I've experienced every WoW patch since the Wrath of the Lich King WoW PTR. The number of times they put a boss on the PTR, let us zone into it and had the boss not work at all or just 1 shot you was so damn high. Like multiple bosses per season. Also set bonuses not working. Diablo 3 had shockingly good PTRs but in general with Blizzard the D4 PTR is my general experience with Blizzard PTRs. It always made me question the PTR. Like if you want to use the PTR for feedback you have to have some modicum of functionality otherwise you are wasting the time of players who are giving you testing FOR FREE.

Barb balancing.... how do you feel about Barb only having 2 weapon slots, but they can equip a 1h or 2h in each slot? It would still make barbs a bit stronger, but solves 90% of the issue.

AS a druid Main, I'm hoping they don't get carried away nerfing the new uniques (Some, such as The Basilisk, are sactually terribly underpowered). We need the multipliers they offer.

If i was incharge of character development. I would axe any ultimate nonody uses, and add 2. Or add 1 if theres 3 decent options. Everyskill that is under used axe it add a new skill and make every skill have 2 choices, then 3 choices instead of 1 and 2. Just make them have more flavor. They can be generic things it doesnt have to he crazy different.

They’re underused because they are tuned to be ass and your solution is to axe them instead of refine them? They aren’t “not used” because they aren’t cool e.g. deep freeze. @@benjaminghazi787 I'm saying expansion is coming uo. Some of the skills need to be taken in such a wildly different direction it would be like starting with a new skill they have to up the damage of the skills or change them entirely ironmalestorm feels bad it's clunky it should be gone. Instead they add a unique that makes enemies hit by it deal less damage...as if being more tanky is what the skill needed. Druid ultimates what good options are there one ultimate. Necros are most diverse and even then blood wave is just okay after the nerds it will be trash I think. Most barbs don't even use an ultimate. They don't need refined, they need to be fundamentally changed. They can't fix the skill by just adding more damage, or more aspects. Same with the skills that suck like blood lance. Let's make 9 aspects for it when you can only equip, 6 and 2-3 of those spots are taken up by uniques in order to actually deal damage. Instead try redoing the skill and making it function better and scale it's base damage up to allow for build variety to clear content. Some skills can be refined. Hota can be refined. Some skills need fundamental changes to how they work and the animation needs changed so it functions properly. Kick can be next to impossible to land on a moving target on console because it's such a slow animation. It also receives zero damage buff per rank you have in it. Why doesn't it's damage go up from rank 1 - 19 ranks if the only benefit is reducing it's cooldown that's what tempers and cdr are for. Now would be the time to find out which skills nobody uses and either decide is it more work to make this fit thematically and within the current state with pit pushing, or maybe make it a trash clearing skill. It would it be easier to get rid of the skill with upcoming new content and add a skill that better fits the game as it stands with the new characters and story arc. Maybe giving the rogue a gatling gun to fly across terrain much like leap. But can also use it to stick in a boss and drag yourself close or away much like a second evade. It fits thematically with the character and could be more fitting of a flashy attention grabbing skill to the masses blizzard is looking for. Things of that nature is what I mean. I have personally commented several ideas and maybe by dumb luck they have created these items like paingorgers , and bash cleaving are dead word for word copies of ideas for unique items I pitched blizzard. They just made one a temper manual. I'm sure it's a coincidence but still.

I've played tons of D3 casually since release. I think the notion that the casual player knows nothing at all is off base. I watch Raxx videos and have a pulse on what's happening for the most part. I will disagree with Raxx in that I definitely feel some of these higher tier strats Raxx mentions about GR runs starts to seep into casual mindset. You naturally understand that the festering maps are just incredible after you do enough attempts. The micro decision making of spawning pylons and mob types are definitely things you're probably going to have to look up, but, again, even as a casual, that level of depth is 100% what I'm after for endgame. The pit is a complete bore. I do a few runs and go back to Helltides or something because it's just more fun.

at the end of the day, poe 2 is almost here. so d4 can rest in piece. it will still make money tho. their target is not me and they are fine with that. for every me theres 20 someones that enjoy the game so much that for them its fine if i go and play any other game.

@@toddschwiebert9100 meanwhile Druid doesn't even have that option to make Stormclaw builds viable. A large part of the imbalance is the number of slots for uniques / aspects that Barb has that other classes don't.
