Shivram I can see has swallowed most of the bitter moments and showcased the good n best moments of Puttanna. Appreciate that he was there to support n perform all the required 13 day rites for his friend on his death.

You are so correct Prasad about these eccentricities of talents like Puttanna, his brother Sri Prabhakar Sastry and even Uday Kumar. Such an abundance of talent. Barring Puttanna the remaining too could do justice by way of greater acceptance. A sad travesty of fate aided by their lack of flexibility and ability to contain egos. Puttanna from what I have heard hurt the sentiments of Dr Raj, Mr R N Jayagopal and a few others. We can only count our blessings for what we have received. Imagine what could have been . :-)
