Tender Coconut Pudding / Ilaneer pudding
We all love to have pudding after our main coarse meal. Nowadays puddings are served and is common in any get-together parties or functions.I do prefer no fuss less mess desserts and this coconut pudding or tender coconut pudding comes under that category ( easy pudding recipes). While making tender coconut pudding, we require tender coconut pulp and tender coconut water. Usually some tender coconut will have water only without any pulp. So it is very important that while buying tender coconut we must ask for tender coconut that has its flesh or pulp along with the water. I bought the tender coconut from Lulu hypermarket , umm al Quwain and asked them to break it as I don't have any equipment at home to break the same. Special thanks to that guy who helped me to get the same. And in this video I clearly explained how to measure chinagrass or agar agar for pudding recipes. As many of my viewers are requesting for the detailed video showing the measurement of chinagrass or agar agar, I thought of doing the same in this video. Still have any doubts regarding the chinagrass and it's measurements..kindly ask in the description box given below.
Ingredients required
Tender coconut pulp as required ( 2. 5 cups appro)
Tender coconut water as required 1 .5 cups
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - half a cup
Condensed milk as required
Chinagrass or agar agar - 8 gm or 10 gms
