The SA dude that's now in NA servers named something like "I Kamikaze Y." He's blatant cheater with had for sure. Hes ranked #1 in SA ranked mode. The second you aim with him he does a 90° turn and full autos you in the head from 200+ meters.

They need to develop a game that at its heart is hard to crack. I only play mobile payload because the ranking rounds I used to play they emitted in voice they were beating you cheating and laughing. Payload is worth it for the one round you feel is genuine and you win. But even in payload you get proper squads usually Turkish and they go from player to player with no search even in a building not moving they fly over circle hi you with rockets then jump to parachute down to storm the building they couldn’t possibly know you were there in a village. More power to them but it’s a tough ask when prats who can’t play need such help to win, they feel they are winning when if your cheating your not winning anything and just cheating themselves out of the enjoyment of winning fair and true.

I'm in the UK and have been playing since launch. Very experienced, not very skilled. I'm sure I get killed by cheaters regularly but I potato so often its hard to tell. When I do report the cheaters I nearly always get a temporary ban report. It doesn't spoil my fun too much to be honest. If I was better at the game I could see how the cheaters would be more of a pain. Great video as ever Average. I depend on you to keep me up to date 🙂

I used to play Pubg years ago on console religiously with the wife, I have it on PC and occasionally get my hands wet with it for a nostalgia hit again playing with the wife, I play on controller so it's difficult. Sounds like one of two things, or the combination of both. 1) they do not have a competent team responsible for working on the modified UE4 they're uaing, and/or 2) they do not want to spend the money on hiring people who can make a difference in the anti-cheat department. They do, if you upload cheaters clips they do rush to protect them issuing DMCA takedowns because they are the ones selling the cheats. All the have to do is open a KZbin channel and let the community report the cheaters with videos so everyone can see their names and know they are losers. But they actively stop that. We need to do a worldwide player protest and stop playing so cheaters have only other losers to play against, let's see how they like to pay to play against losers.

2 big things. First off, did you notice that they only seem to be talking about the cheating to distract people from the region merge topic. It was something like, oh since the region merge, you are unhappy, but it because you are getting killed by cheaters. They are the real problem now (we haven't spoken about it in months and ignored the issue, but if you don't like the money saving region merge, we will focus on them again). Secondly, I play on console, and it really seems like reports have Zero effect on bans. There have been times where at least 2 of us report someone twice in on day one, see them again on day 3, report again, then see them again a week later. Or match with the same person 3 times in a row and get tk'd every game while reporting for that. Plus, there is no punishment on console for leaving mat he's early, other than on the pointless morality ranking. At one point, I left about 5 matches in a row, mainly because the rest of my team had already left since pubg keeps playing unpopular maps and the only thing that happened is I went from a 3 to a 2. I have been shocked when I hear about pc players getting banned for that. Almost no one on console stays after they get killed, even if you grab their chip.

you realize that pubg is in 5 most played game on steam and literally is one of the biggest games on the planet? this means issues they are having are not simple issues due to the scale of the game alone if we leave aside the complexities of the code when it gets this big. absolutely every FPS game right now has problems with cheaters due to rise of AI allowing people develop cheats faster, better. It takes time now for developers to catch up with the issue and deal with it. Comparing to other games like CS, pubg devs are at least transparent that they understand there is a problem.

I’m well aware where PUBG is positioned within the market, but their very poor reputation drives away loads of players. (Dare I say planeloads? LOL) Remediating the problem becomes more expensive at scale but offers a wealth of data. Finding a fix isn’t hampered by volume. Only technical competency, which they don’t appear to possess. Hiring people to aid in fixing the problem is well within their means as a financial concern and would IMMEDIATELY boost profitability and stock prices. Put the ego aside and do it. It’s disrespectful to allow this to persist. I’ve wasted HUNDREDS of hours fiddling with their broken game trying to squad up, load in and not get killed by cheaters across 7,000 hours of gameplay. Yes there is, make an official PUBG KZbin channel named LOSERS OF PUBG, save the replays and post the clips and let everyone see these losers names and mock them. The streamers are going to lose their followers, and the clout chasers are going to get mocked endlessly. if you can't stop the software, then take the social prestige away from them. I've had several tier 5 teams try to shoot me through the terrain, they are this incompetent let the world see them failing and grasping for recognition, then ban them and upload the clip. That will bring back players. I've had cheaters on 80% of my lobbies since the merger downsizing.

Cheating in a game absolutely defeats the whole point of playing a game . I mean what sort of cretin cheats in a game it makes absolute zero sense to me. I remember when I first started playing PUBG and how much I struggled to get any good. How difficult it was and how I kept having to adapt my tactics and learn different ways to manage to survive and learn the maps. For at least a year until I finally built up the muscle memory and become a half decent player . Effort my friends aren’t prepared to put in for the small rewards that come eventually. There are ways around thus now. Read up on some of the cheater forums. They are easy to find on Google. Krafton mostly does temporary bans and even the permanent ones are fairly easily overcome even when hardware based. Krafton needs to be buying these cheats and then patching the game to prevent them.

I agree with you 100% that they should spend more money on combating cheating. For instance, they could recruit a team, similar to how intelligence agencies operate, and embed this team in the pages and channels of those who promote and develop cheating programs and tools on Discord and other platforms where cheaters and cheat developers are present. By directly observing these cheating methods, they would be able to detect any tool a player uses shortly after it appears, even if it's a new method.

Some? 99% of high tier players are in house cheaters, they are there to cheat and make all the other players either leave or buy cheats to "compete". Once they do buy cheaters they get to play in "special" servers where they play with no cheaters. Free to play players and players that don't spend money in-game are lobbied into boiler lobbies full of losers until they leave the game or buy a cheat and some skins to get into the noob servers, like the streamers and such.

Personally, as a console player I have only encountered somebody who i was sure was a cheater once. I used to think people were cheating a lot, but as I have gotten better and better at the game I get accused of cheating more and more, four or five times now. especially when I killed very high level players. I know that there are definitely cheaters in this game, but I think that the skill gap in the game makes it seem worse than it is to a lot of players.

10:27 when I first started playing PUBG and started taking it more seriously.. I wanted to try using foot pedals to lean left and right, as I heard somewhere that some people were doing that.. I bought a foot pedal block with three pedals on it (and onboard memory) off Amazon.. only problem was it came with a disc that you needed to use to install the software needed to set it up.. I didn't have a disc drive on my pc so.. I took it over to my brother's house to set up the key binds for it.. he used the disc to install it.. we set it up.. and I couldn't wait to get home to try it, so I had him boot up PUBG to test it.. as soon as the game loaded.. it kicked him and said he was permanently banned for using illegal software. He spent a week or ten days trying to dispute it, and tell them exactly what the software was and what it was used for.. but they never gave him his account back and that was his first and only Steam VAC ban on record. I felt really bad, but.. needless to say I never tried to use that thing on my computer and immediately returned it to Amazon. anyways, I know from experience that they do, in fact "preemptively eliminate accounts"

I had a bit of a hiatus from playing and when I came back I now suffer massive FPS drops but only for 2-3 minutes at the start of the first game. Everything after that is normal. I reckon there has been some change in the anti-cheat software that causes that, like it's working overtime to detect any irregularities with your files (but only does it for the first match played after each launch). I usually play TDM to start with so it's not a big deal, just a bit annoying. I don't think there are any issues with my PC so I reckon it must be the anti-cheat software.

I used to love pubg, but I quit it long ago because of rampant cheaters. I am hardly a good player. When I made it into the late game, I had 2, 3 or 4 kills. I was eliminated by cheaters often, maybe every 3 games or so. It was people doing 360s to kill me instantaneously. Aiming at me through walls and hills and following my movements. I just quit and have not looked back. I still enjoy watching tournaments, just not playing. Wallhacks and aimbots have been an issue since the early days of fps games. No game company has solved the issue. I don't expect pubg to do it. The problem is in the base of the net code. The way to solve it is to only relay player position information when there is line of sight to the player. No net code does this because it is computationally expensive.

100% as an active daily player on NA/SA who plays both ranked & non-ranked, cheaters are not an issue to me. Since the region merge, lobbies have only gotten easier due to the influx of players of all skill levels. I truly, whole heartedly believe that a cheater does not matter because a good player CAN out play a cheater. Cheating does not give players game sense & if you die to a cheater, it is your responsibility as a player to understand why you allowed yourself to be vulnerable. What is so surprising with cheaters in a game that is for free? If they get banned, they just make a new account for free. Very annoying for us who paid for the game back in the days, that cheaters can just keep cheating because they get the game for free.

Ban by IP AND hardware of the pc. Then is someone wants to appeal the ban, let them do that. When you can get the game/another account for free, there's no fear to get caught.

I can't tell if they are cheaters most of the time now because I get so much desync since the server merge. My NA ping went from 40ms before to 120ms & play against SA players with 200+ ping I die before I even see the enemy.

They need to develop a game that at its heart is hard to crack. I only play mobile payload because the ranking rounds I used to play they emitted in voice they were beating you cheating and laughing. Payload is worth it for the one round you feel is genuine and you win. But even in payload you get proper squads usually Turkish and they go from player to player with no search even in a building not moving they fly over circle hi you with rockets then jump to parachute down to storm the building they couldn’t possibly know you were there in a village. More power to them but it’s a tough ask when prats who can’t play need such help to win, they feel they are winning when if your cheating your not winning anything and just cheating themselves out of the enjoyment of winning fair and true

Yes walllhacks/esp are a real issue today especially with FPP mode, but the most commonly used and easily bannable hack is an anti-recoil script/mod. The truth is most streamers are using extremely good anti-recoil scripts. I know, I've been scripting since CS beta 4 in 1999.

Cheating has been horrendous no matter what- merge, matching, or type of game...I refuse to play normals because of the cheating which s much higher than they are claiming..1 out 3 players are cheating. I still run into them in casuals which is the only mode I play other than customs which is monitored by a clan...where there are no cheats..But, I'm losing interest in customs because they took away War Mode and conquest to force us to play normals ..which isn't happening, I am already playing other games because of this BS. Do something or this game will die...

Maybe they don't want to remove cheaters? There are probably a lot of them who cheat and they certainly bring them profit. Maybe the solution is to separate those of us who play fair from the cheaters. Let them have their own lobby and let them cheat each other there, and separate us from them and let us enjoy the game in our lobby.

If a cheater gets banned..no worries..make a new account and back at it since the game is free to play. If they want to get rid of cheater just implement a $10 new account fee. Can have it as something like a player skin for new accounts or something. After a few times this would add up to where the cheater is being nickled and dimed and hopefully not come back or at the least, stop cheating.

They should have a "team' dedicated to finding all cheat programs on the market specifically to buy them and actually see how they work and how to identify players using them.
