There's difference between VIP ( speific VIP or VVIP ) and normal citizen Its the case of almost of Every countries that VIP gets bail or more advantages easily bcz of the more involvement of officials and public servents as VIP literally means imporantant people of country who Not only has but also SHOULD hav connection For eg ; We can never see PM being arrested for rape attempt ir rape case till the solvation as the PM is VVIP of countries whose time is precious so having connection is obvious thing - me a fraustated citizen saying.

I used to respect traffic police a lot But recently ma 1st time Bhairahawa jada i got fined for parking at wrong spot It was my 1st time in bhairahawa and 1st time i got fined Me and my friends asked the traffic where should we pay it they said ki butwal bata hunxa aaile which is almost 10/15km away(i guess) . When we reached there they said ki Bhairawa ko ka yeti tada aaunu vako. We got back there where we got fined but there was another traffic we told him all the things he called the traffic and he replied in phone jhulaideko ni kta haru lai... Naya traffic le thau dekhaidesi we pay our fine which was only 2 min away If I had go pro and recording i would have filed case against tyo khatey Now i got zero respect for them.
