In term of internet for instance, if one persons very dominant in controlling the Corps, such as FB, Twitter shareholders , is there any concerns that the content of the public diplomacy through internet become bias ?

For sure -- bias is a problem -- that is why I think public diplomacy should be open and labeled so people don't feel that they are being manipulated secretly,

Soft power is not power at all, it is a form of submission. Joseph Nye is either a liar or an idiot. There are three ways to get someone to submit, voluntarily submission, submission through trade and submission through coercion. Soft power and hard power are not forms of power.
