I just noticed you have the Latvian lover with you guys LOL that’s awesome!!!....Turkey legs are pretty good but don’t forget about the dark meat on the back plus the heart and liver are amazing with Peppers and onions!!! Steve Rinella (meat eater) wild turkey breakfast sausage is amazing best thing to do with the wild turkey bar none!!!! Last year I used all the scrap meat wing, thighs, dark back meat and ground it up for the breakfast Sausage. This year I will invest breast meat for my breakfast sausage!
