Public Servers Are Literally Unplayable

I could easily get good at this game again, I still have things up my sleeve but like it's actually becoming difficult to use control without eclaw. Stack on all these braindead weapons / builds and then the fruit becomes really hard to use. My room closes every 59 seconds (I have to track it), I have to keep track of my ken because I have the dodge the 1 shot combo LITERALLY EVERY 10 SECONDS. I have to track my dodges, their dodges, their cooldowns, estimate when they're gonna use a move, estimate which way they're gonna dodge, watch out for a third party, dodge every single shark v4 move or I get slowed 90%, break their invincible shield thats up every time my combo is up, etc... The pvp has 0 structure anymore, so many things needs nerfs / cooldown increases. Half of pvp is just using soul guitar and hoping they run into it, like it's actually just not fun anymore. Only giving out my opinion because I want changes to be made I've seen people complain but no people have made like an actual effort to get these people to change anything. I've played since release I get that they're making the game like this for newer players but bugs, glitches etc have literally been in the game for MONTHS. THE META HASN'T CHANGES IN LIKE A YEAR. WHO DO I HAVE TO GLAZE TO GET SEMI WEEKLY / WEEKLY BALANCE PATCHES

I understand and can relate to your pain on pvp there no way you should be able to spam portal v into soul guitar just to spam the same combo until someone. dies. It's like the only way to cope with meta spammers is by using it which is sad why someone have to stop using their favorite fighting style, sword, gun, and fruit just fight someone? The only to deal with Shark by using skills that deal high damage to break their shield or pushing them away from you while running away and they land one hit on you their shield is back. For One shot combos I would say after your combo damage does up to 6000 the person or you will take 50% less damage for next 30-40 seconds. Optimized the game for low computer and for mobile revamp controls for xbox. There is a few bugs like Sea beast randomly going away, when your in angel v4 and kill someone gives it bounty twice randomly going under the map when using E -claw C Fruit Issues: ____________________________________ Portal V the user should be in lag for 5-6 seconds after exiting the dimension to prevent users from combing instantly. Leopard should get a furry bar to prevent full on spam (This makes them use leopard in the human form before switching transforming) or (increase and nerf it's hitbox by 30%) Dough is an easy fruit to fight but decrease that C hitbox like how I teleport away and still get hit and if you miss it you'll be in endlag for 4 seconds... Rumble: easy to counter by sky spamming.... but scary on the ground to fix that increase it cooldowns by 40% give 3 second endlag if you miss

I used control in pvp recently and it was miserable, so easy to ken trick, awful chasing runners and awful against teams, not to mention the room dissapears automatically for some ungodly reason, now a days if you are not using dough, venom, rumble, portal or budha you will have a chance to lose no matter your skill

Nah I actually like that, awkwardly enough. It makes good fruits actually good, no reason a common fruit should be good no matter how much skill you use, compared to a god fruit like leopard or dragon, makes you wanna aim for better fruits weather that just the meta be abusing common fruits. And for players that don’t have 8K giga computers it’s easier for them to play when they can just use their abilities to win fights, since they are stuck around 40 fps and have a bad internet connection. The game should target everyone, which it does, and which is why the player count is so high. Anyone can be good if You get the right stuff.

I think they should make the balancing more like AUT's, even tho it has been on a decline ever since the summer rework, I think the balancing is pretty good! I am normally a laid-back, quiet, and polite person. The state of the game has become so horrendous that whenever I lose to a meta build and the user begins trash talking me, I impulsively spew paragraph after paragraph about how the game's balancing is a complete cesspool, that everyone who uses meta builds are sweaty tryhards with sensitive egos that just want to be "good" at the game without putting any work into it and couldn't at the very least be a half-decent human being by saying "gg" whenever they win a fight, and how this game wouldn't have been so toxic if it had actually been properly balanced. Seeing the state that this game is in makes me miserable because if this game were to of been properly balanced, I would've considered it to be one of, if not, the best PVP games I've ever played. During the times of pre-update 17.3, I've had some of the most fun I've ever had in a PVP based game. And to see it all going to shit after 17.3 just makes me want to quit the game for good and spare my mental well-being. The game in it's current state is hands down the most unbalanced game I've ever played in my entire life and I have no hope of it getting any better from here. It doesn't help that they plan on adding a fruit that is going to "rival the likes of Dough Awakening and Leopard in terms of power" which only means that they are going to add more overpowered stuff instead of fixing and rebalancing their damn game. It is just so jarring to me that you could become Senator Armstrong by simply equipping Shark V4. The shield gained on hit -and damage output from the whirlpool (it decreases your defense and is the reason why you get nearly two-hit by Shark V4s if you didn't know)- completely outclasses Ghoul V4's Upgraded Blood Siphon -and Human V4's Rage Meter.- That on top of being able to teleport and move around unpredictably with Portal and using weapons with attacks that are easy to take advantage of and hit like Portal (X + V), Soul Guitar (X), CDK (Z + X), God Human (Z + X + C) makes for one of, if not, the most overpowered loadouts in the entire game which is evident by how many people I see with it whenever I join a public server. Edit: Tested Shark V4's defense reduction (from the whirlpool debuff) and it isn't that overpowered, but it still adds up, especially with the slowness effect. Shark V4 is still utterly broken though due to the stupid amount of shield that it has and can gain back on hit.

All that's left to do is hope that Update 20 balances things. Control is getting a rework (thank God) but so is dragon, so I'm not sure what to think. They're also releasing fruits that seem broken (the new Mammoth fruit looks pretty insane). One good thing though is that I'm pretty sure that they announced that they have a much larger dev team so updates can come out weekly and if those devs know the game or our complaints, the game is only gonna get better from here.

Honestly blox fruit has changed a lot since from beta. As a dark main, myself I feel the pain of fighting some groups of people who uses spammy fruits with fishman v4. Blox fruit has came the long way honestly but… the combat changed alot ever since dark and light awaken update…since there it just keep getting worse. You have fruits like light that you can ken dodge all moves and then you have dough which ever move is a ken breaker. Fishman v4 is literally immortal. I’ve just adapted tbh. I use mink, rumble, yoru (yes I had to), superhuman and kabucha. Cuz these guys are probably reliant on their inescapable one shot combos they can’t react to the fast movements of this build and they mess up, also with portal u can turn Ken off and back on after the Z move explodes and counter combo. I also avoid getting close to the portal cuz of the V move and if I somehow get sucked in, I exit first by stunning them or flinging them with an attack then stun them the moment they come out (karma). But the no.1 problem is when they run away. I want to see this guy go against dough/ice/dragon/leo users cuz imo they are worse than portal. Ice and dough cuz of the braindead combos, dragon cuz of the transformation basically just saying “Haha u can’t hurt me” and huge Aoe, and Leo cuz the users spam their keyboard to get out of any combo and again huge Aoe. And I can’t wait for the new update where they’re gonna release a new fruit worse than Leo 👍

V4 is such a good idea to add to the game, but each race abilities is painfully unbalanced. Human, with overpowered mobility and damage, Fishman, Immortal Tank, Overpowered Damage Reduction and Slow. Angel, Overpowered Stun, but Heal i think its fine. Mink is kind of balanced for me, it just mainly focused at speed. But let's be real, who the hell use smoke in third sea? When there are more better options? Thats the reason why more people use braindead fruits to be overpowered at pvp, that's what devs should really focus on.

It’s either kill them or get killed with human v4. Also with the v3 it’s the same thing, you have to be low to do the dmg. I see the frustration, but we still need to adapt accordingly. For example when you died to the portal user at first, it was because X broke your observation leaving u unable to ken trick cdk. They always do the same cdk crap so I save ken explicitly for that since I'm fragile rabbit. The 2nd death at the end was also unfortunately self inflicted. Teaming is L, so after the first death to them which was not your fault, I would not have tried to fight them again since you know how they will behave. Picking fights wisely is part of being pro. No hate intended. I hate these issues just as much as u, especially how long shark fights are. It is what it is though, so I try to adapt accordingly. I still make mistakes like you did here ofc. I like rabbit + pilot for dodging/baiting all those portal Z/V moves

what would i do: Races: nerf fishman v3 80%>40% defense make, so v4 only gives max stats(it would be so much balanced and would be easier and faster to get) --------------------------------------------------------------- Fruits: make portal v so its only used for escaping purposes, but you can only stay 7 seconds inside your dimension, and you lose 800 energy per second(5600 total, it also wont regen inside the dimension) and also disable portal c while in combat. nerf dough v2: Missile Jab - has normal hitbox, just like v1, the v2 HAS CRAZY BROKEN NOT EVEN TRUE HITBOX Pastry River - remove the air version Piercing Clothestline - make it, so the person after ground slam stays on the ground and doesnt stay in the air so it would be escapeable. The game is not broken at all, from all the servers I know it's like 1/5 has a lag issue. I swear to god dude this video shows that how much the PVP meta got worse when these op fruits, swords, fs and guns released. What I see rn in third sea servers are always fish users who uses the average npc meta build (godhuman, cdk, soul guitar). Portal got way way more popular than buddha spamming since you can just spam the v move shit and do soul guitar x. Most of them have 10m+ and most of them haven't got actual skills and good aim. I barely see any users who even uses a skilled fruit like control and paw. Most of my friends who had high bounties and had actual good skill started quitting and started to play other combat games due to the blox fruits current meta pvp build. Update 20 will probably have more shitty meta build but hopefully the PVP system will be kinda fixed. Also another problem that most are forced in private servers due to so much people pvp'ing and steal killing. Ive tried these meta builds before and they were honestly op but it is kinda starting to get unfair. Another update that made the PVP meta even worse also was V4 awakenings. Most of them are pretty fire but most spammers abuse them in PVP. They frfr gotta nerf some of them especially fish v4. I couldn't even land my spider combo w/ dragon talon on a fish v4 user who was using dough. Some of the people got adapted to the meta build and I don't blame them. There are some people out there who can beat these meta build fish spammers and I honestly respect that

Pvp in blox fruits sucks; Lets say ur a skilled player such as breadlord here, you get someone low and about to kill and they pull out shark v4 and u instantly lose. Not only this but everyone pulls out the same goddamn setup acting “skilled” when really everyone is using the same no skilled dogwater setup with godhuman, cdk, soul guitar and some no skill fruit that people pretend is “skilled” such as portal, rumble, dough, ect. Devs should really fix this. Right now even the most skilled players need to use this no skill setups to become “good” due to the unfair balancing in this game. Not only this, but the toxicity of people in this game now is so painful. Backing up for a single second is now considered running and u will get spammed with “ez” and “fake bounty”. Not only this, but people that call you a runner for doing so end up running themselves. These flaws with pvp is why I quit blox fruits.
