@Granny Norma bro hes not toonboom doesnt use frame coloring. Toonboom is a 3d modelling program that uses a cartoon style renderer. The result is only having to move each frame as opposed to drawing each one over and over again. Check his twitter itl make more sense

Anxiety and excitement are just different kinds of stress: distress is anxiety, eustress is excitement. Getting yourself positively hyped (by being optimisitic, hopeful, confident) so that you feel eustress is definitely a pretty good strategy, especially because it is very motivating. Being stressed for long periods of time, eustress or distress, can be bad though, so don't focus too much about distant things.

I've always been scared of public speaking, but this year my final project in AP Comparative Government required me to research a conspiracy theory and explain it in front of the class. I got really into it and ended up basically giving a 27-minute TED talk on why birds don't exist. I've been in theater for a few years, so I decided to put some of those skills to use and pretend that I actually believed what I was saying. I don't consider myself to be a great actor, but afterward my classmates told me that they genuinely couldn't tell if I believed it or not. I didn't get a standing ovation, but I got a lot of applause and compliments and even convinced my teacher to buy Birds Aren't Real merch. It was a real confidence boost. You were right, Tim. I just needed to crush it once in order to feel confident in my public speaking ability.
