The votes for televote should be changed so that the votes are given proportionally in relation to the number of votes received. It makes absolutely no sense that they should follow the same pattern as the jury votes. Otherwise, I agree Netherlands might have won.

Henrik, one thing that I think you and others have overlooked is that the girl representing Israel is effectively Russian. She has lived most of her life in Russia, her parents are Russian and in she's know in the Russian music scene. There are millions of Russians living in Europe and a big chunk of them voted for her (since Russia did not participate).

Her parents are from the Ussr, dad Latvian mother Ukranian. But yes they did live in Russia a long time and I think Russians voted for her even though Im not sure how much Russians care about eurovision anymore, and Eden clearly stated antisemitism is widespread across Russia.

Neither Latvia nor Ukraine claim her, because she hasn’t lived in either of these countries, performed in occupied Crimea in 2016 which is a crime in Ukraine, never condemned Russian aggression, and is openly supported by multiple Russian musicians, including producer and Putin lover, Kirkorov, who also produced other Eurovision songs, like Sugar by Moldova in 2021.

Of course, Nemo knew he would win; even I knew that. You just had to watch who the Marcel B awardee was going to be to guess the winner of this Eurovision. He received ( 2 ) of the 3 available Marcel B AWARDS before the final; that indicates the winner.
