Derrick Lane Blink plays it as single notes, not chords like here. But yeah it seems to be the same progression but that does in no way mean they stole it or it was even inspired by Blink. Most songs use one of a few popular chord progressions simply because they sound good and you can't own chord progressions.

Riff's totally different. It's a similar chord progression, but certainly not one Blink 182 were the first to do.
