You've got nothing to lose with the one free upload. Make sure you peek into their promo tab. They have a revolving list of book promos (free & premium).

If my book is on Amazon, with an Amazon free isbn is it possible to use another platform like yours, or would I have to buy a new isbn? I think I might have not done enough research on the ISBN before I published been a new author and finding so much conflicting information on KZbin university. Please Advise!!!😢

Yep, you should still be fine. If I recall, PublishDrive can help you with another free ISBN. I'd recommend deselecting Amazon through PublishDrive if you already published it there.
