Puddle Lights Hack on my Tahoe!! 5 ways 🔥🔥🔥

The Tahoe puddle lights unlocked!! Here are 5 simple ways they can be wired to do and retain the puddle light function as well!! The wiring here will work on the 99-02 Tahoe/Yukon/Silverado/Escalade/Suburban/Sierra. For the 03-06 Trucks it will be a bit different on the wiring colors and location but the concept will apply. The one thing im worried about is for example you have these wired up to the headlights so the puddle lights turn on at night. What happens if the puddle lights are on and then you open your door that also turns on the puddle lights. Wouldnt that blow a fuse? I work with electricity and when you feed something two sources of electricity to the same input. Stuff blows. Will that happen if the puddle light comes on and you turn on your interior lights?

Nothing happens they are both 12v inputs and the Diodes are there to separate them and not give feedback to the original wires, the puddle lights will just be on

My friend's question: Does installing tires larger than recommended by the car manufacturer affect the differential and transmission? The question also includes the tire, thank you.

Yes it affects your drive train, the speed will be off on the speedometer and may need to change the gear ratio in your differential for better performance and longevity. It will work but won’t be optimal it’s best to match the gear ratio when possible
