FIRE BRIGADE WAS OF NO USE, they came late, didnt have tools, car broke down, 0 man power, went upstairs and the man was clueless on what to do, didnt have long ladders to reach the top from outside, reached the site and then ordered what was missing. It’s my relative’s place that was burnt away fully due to the carelessness of the couple living on the 14th floor. A fire started and they didnt even alert the rest of the floors for the next 30 min.. as it got escalated they left the house leaving everybody in danger.
