I like SD better. P. Plata is OK, It’s a small town. You use mainly use pesos not card, not a ton of Uber so you have to call a taxi and pay them cash which could be difficult if you don’t speak Spanish. I like SD for the modernness/optios and the variety of ladies.… It’s just better. To me

I don't know men after a few days in santo domingo, traffic will get on your nerves and you will appreciate the calmness of the North coast. I have a car and place on the north coast but I often go to all the cities in the country since I drive everywhere. I have been coming for over 12 years and I was in love with Santo Domingo but with time I realize it was over rated and crowded. Then at some point it started to remind me why most guys left the matrix in the first place. The North coast Tranquility works for me in the long term and I go to Santo on the weekends enjoy myself and get the hell out after.

I agree with your assessment Ronin. If you are on the younger side, you will have a lot of fun in Santo Domingo. Also, for the purpose of finding a relationship with a nice lady, Santo Domingo offers more educated women. Always network, try to make a group of friends that have the same economic and education status as you do. They will take you to places where you will meet nice ladies that you can have a relationship with. If what you're looking for is just girlies to spend a few hours with😮 then Puerto Plata or Las Terrenas is your option.

No. The Dominican, and latin women in Miami/Orlando still have the washed up entitled spoiled rich United States mindset. It's even worse in Miami, Florida. A large portion of latin women have moved from places like the DR, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and more to live the false American dream. Trust me as a man who lives in Miami, Florida, do not find love anywhere in Florida. I REPEAT. LOL!

Stay in Piantini. I grew up on the Zona Universitaria and is not bad at all. But Piantini has more options in terms of restaurants.

AA men have a strong affinity towards the DR. Beyond the light skin, real hair thing 🤓(which is strong and everywhere ), the cultural affinity and welcoming environment are leading the charge, IMHO… I would not choose either city (I spent time in both), but if I had to pick” PP,” … The hustle and bustle of all metropolitans is a bit of a drag. S/D- Piantini is an upper-middle-class Concrete jungle. However, if a guy was genuinely moving from the USA for a more authentic, relaxed, cost-effective, safe life, I can think of several better places in the world That are universally considered advantageous: for example, Panama 🇵🇦… Better Infrastructure, pensionado program, health care, stable economy... A bit more expensive but worth it! All that other stuff is there, too😊 more importantly, you will live to talk about it...
