We took a trip to Puerto Rico and St Thomas, US Virgin Island over July 4th Weekend. We loved Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island. The St. Thomas was a vibe on it's own! Puerto Rico stood out because everything was in spanish, and it was my first time feeling like I was in a completely different country even though I was still in the US. St Thomas is an English speaking island but it felt like another country as well. The beaches were amazing. We Jet Ski'd, hung out at resorts, enjoyed the night life, and explored some local spots.

Post active duty is there an annual fee credit card or two/three that you will keep?

All of the hotel cards I have are keepers, but I’d probably keep the $99-$95 annual fee cards (IHG, Hyatt, Bonvoy Boundless downgrade from ritz) Keeping a sapphire card will still be worth it so downgrade the reserve to the preferred
