Puff Pastry Dough ~ Gluten Free

Try this puff pastry dough that's made from scratch! Each layer is meticulously folded and rolled to create a pastry masterpiece that's light, flaky, and buttery.

Ingredients:
270g Namaste Flour Blend
6 Tbsp Frozen Butter cut into cubes
Pinch of Salt
150g or 2/3 Cup Cold Water
70g Frozen Grated Butter
Directions:
Combine the flour, cubed butter, and salt
Mix together then add the water and roll into a ball
Wrap the dough in cling wrap, roll this out into a rectangle
Add half of the grated butter on one side then fold over one side and fold over the other side
Roll this out into a rectangle again and add the other half of the grated butter. Make your folds and put this in the fridge to cool for 10 minutes
Repeat the process 2 more times with no butter, rolling out and folding. Once done put this into the fridge for at least an hour before using it
