This game doesn't focus on the cut scenes. It focuses on the fluidity of the combat. I'd much prefer the fighting system be as fleshed out and thought through as possible rather than having scene for scene remakes of the show. If you want to watch it, just watch the anime.

Hey puffer, whenever the sparking zero addiction ends there is another game called DB FighterZ. Its a 2.5d tag 3v3 (or 1v1) fighting game with cool mechanics and beautiful animation. I think you and grizzy would love it. Plus they have special finishing animations that pay homage to the series and sprinkle a few what-ifs.
