There are houses in Italy for under 15 k A lot of Reno to do though Gonna cost you much more than this house! You can even purchase a house for 1€ in Italy Don’t ask me what it will cost you to make them into todays standard! But apparently you live on 4:37 another planet if you seriously ask why you cannot find a property, practically for free!

Nardo is not on the coast. Rather misleading pics of the sea.... Nardo is most definitely inland.....well inland.😊

It does extend to the sea per the map however this house is in the city center and yes it is farther inland.
