Recently, on December 14, 2020, a very good decision has been given by the Supreme Court concerning police investigation. In this decision, the Supreme Court has recognized Fair Investigation as the basic constitutional right of every citizen. The Supreme Court has also said that when a police complaint is received, the police cannot submit a final report on the grounds that the person complaining did not bring sufficient documents from which the accused person is known to have committed.... . And if the police present the final report on this basis, it will not be accepted.
