Pathuillathu uppuma was made like this by my m-I-l. I love your ghee and cashew. I somehow do not like the aluminium or non stick vessels and use vengalam that gives a better taste. I am going to try it with wheat rava/corn rava

Hi sir. The dish turned out tasty. Instead of a rice flour moor kazhi , this had a taste of rava moorkazhi and of course I added little less moor as suggested by amma.
