I'm 5 months in, and I can do three underhanded pull-ups, but I can't do an overhand unassisted yet. I do have rings that I have never used. You've encouraged me to get them out. You're doing great!

Congratulations for your progress! I'd recommend you to wait with the added weight and instead focus on getting as much repititions as possible. From my own experience and from what i've seen from research this would help you much more effectivly. Keep on the great work :)

Good strength training Josh, definitely making big improvements from the last year, what’s your goal? Like say by end of the year, how many pull ups without weights or bands? 😃
