I'm not a fan of beef but that gorgeous sear and looking at you pull it apart, mmmHmmm, I'll definitely be trying it soon. Thank you.

When you said one more step, I was hoping it was the reduction with the broth. IMO for any pulled recipe it's a crucial step, but it adds that special beefy oomph for this! Lovely, will try this in the instapot soon.

I usually do something similar in my slow cooker. I add stock and red wine and because I’m lazy I add potatoes and carrots and make it a one pot. This looks awesome and I love your fresh toppings definitely trying that
