Troy when I seen you put the slaw on the pork, and then topped it with the pineapple and brown sugar, I knew right at that moment, that was going to ROCK! My mouth was seriously beginning to water! Oh man, I could go for a half of dozen right here right now!

Smoky Ribs Thanks much Rus!!! This was the best pork taco I've ever eaten buddy!! Karen made the coleslaw homemade, so it was kicked up a few notches. And pork & pineapple just go hand in hand, then you add some brown sugar to the mix and Wow!!!! This taco did Rock!! Thanks again Rus!!!

@TROYCOOKS9 жыл бұрын
Southern Coastal Cooking ™ Yeah, those pork shanks were off the chain Joe. Those were the best pulled pork tacos I've ever had! I just started seeing that Sriracha powder a few weeks ago at my local HEB. It is made by McCormick and I found it with the other spices. It is pretty strong stuff, so it doesn't take much in a recipe.

Thank you Troy :) ROCK ON!!!!!!!

Hey Fred, You have too much time on your hands dude!!! I did pause it and you are correct, but it takes a keen eye to spot that. Of course, I placed those shanks in those exact positions, had just enough heat on each of them to make them look that way, and had the camera at THE Exact angle needed to view those shanks so that you would see faces. See, there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that most people don't realize!! LOL Thanks Fred!!!

That was real nice, those Dogs of yours weren't going anywhere while you were prepping that. They have good taste. I am in the market for a new Cooker, I like that Kamado. The problem I am having is their are so many out there I can't decide. I am from the Northeast as you know, and we have always done it different up here. My 2 Smokers are Gas Fired however I do convert one to Charcoal for shorter Cooks. I could use some help in making a decision, I only want to buy one more that will fit my needs. HELP!
