i started nes collecting in 2001. i amassed a HUGE collection of factory sealed .. complete and loose games. i went by myself and with a good friend from school! it was an amazing time to collect. i had so much fun finding rare gems to add to my collection .. and .. Aaron and Ricky and crew .. you take me back to those times. it's so fun to watch. i've been a fan since the start of the NES PURSUIT!!! and i love how you keep going and growing. this is the best channel for this material on youtube. i love watching and "hanging" out with the crew here!! You are powering through the titles. Ricky's birthday gift titles were awesome! So, wish I had an actual store to find titles at (let alone one as good as the Game Tower looks!). It was a blast bumping into you guys and meeting you all at the Game On Expo (ran into Gabbo more, and had a good talk with Mort - where did you guys disappear to? Grabbing the best games for sure). And I count it as your fault, I bought three NES games at the show (bundle discount for the win!). I just couldn't go all the way home to the land of Oz without some NES games. Buy more homebrew games, and of course a copy of my new NES book ;)

I sold my nes collection I had as a kid around 15 years ago for around $100. All my games had original boxes. Contra force, super contra, jackal, TMNT, hunt for red October etc... wish I could go back in time.

Luigi story. When I was a kid circa 1988 or 9 my dad took me to our county fair where I saw those Luigi and Mario plush. I was pretty obsessed with Mario bros at that point. He spent the next couple nights playing ski ball to get me one. I woke up one morning and that Luigi was in my bed. I still have it.
